Wow what great service! We had an issue with the plumbing under the kitchen sink. James Coates came out that same day and was very professional. He repaired the issue quickly. We later had a small leak develop and he can right back to fix that. We are very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

Plumberken to the rescue!! We bought our house 16 years ago. It is in a slab. No basement and no crawl space. We are from OH, so all our homes had a basement.
A couple years ago, We noticed our spare room carpet was saturated. At first, it was 'uh oh.
Blame it in the dog' haha. Then realized it was a LEAK! Of course the plumbing is in the walls, under the floor and who knows..oh wait! Ken knows!! He located and repaired the leak timely and with minimal invasion.
Another instance, in the laundry room, we noticed the floor felt very warm. The ground outside was also very wet. Ken located the leak under the washer. Did some digging and repaired the leak.
This Friday we walked into to closet and got wet feet! OH KNOW, A LEAK! Ken inspected the outside closet where the hot water tank is. Wet! He located the leak and repaired it!
Ken has also did a remodel in our kitchen, installing a new sink and dishwasher, unfroze pipes at our well, and installed outside spickets.
Ken is knowlagble in every aspect of plumbing. He is a true professional in every way! So grateful for all his kindness and good work

The Technician arrived on time, was very polite and seemed to be thorough in doing the seasonal maintenance check. The updates given on what he was doing during the service check was much appreciated. I would like to have this same Technician for every service!

I felt like I could trust them, as they didn't just jump to the most expensive way to repair our issue. They were recommended by us by our realtor and we'd use them again should the need arise. Update: See below for the original issue I had with this company. Two days ago the manager, Brian, called me to see what happened. I explained it all and mentioned that I hired another company that was coming to do $1600 worth of work at my house this week. Brian then apparently called our town inspection department to report that work was being done at my house because an inspector showed up to make sure the work was permitted. So since Raleigh Heating and Air cannot earn their own business with solid practices, they attempted to cause trouble for the company I did hire. Seriously reconsider hiring this cutthroat, dishonest company!!! Call Biggs instead. They are honest, hardworking guys who do a great job at honest prices.
I'm sure these guys do a great job. Here's the problem I had: we had a list of HVAC issues so they sent a senior tech (Buddy) who I liked. He seemed like a pretty honest, straight-forward guy. I paid him $150 to diagnose the problems, but Buddy couldn't quote pricing so then Cody came out. I could tell pretty much right away that he was the slick sales end of this deal. His prices were exhorbitant compared to other quotes I had. I mean $8,000 to do a $4,000 job exhorbitant. Just to be sure, I had yet another reputable company out today and they confirmed that the lower quotes I received prior to trying Raleigh Heating and Air were correct. There's no doubt that Raleigh Heating and Air will do a good job. The question is, are you willing to pay twice as much for it? I sure as hell wasn't. There are other reputable companies in Raleigh with honest prices. This company felt to me like one big sleezy sales pitch. One caveat: I would have hired Buddy directly. Maybe he should open his own HVAC company and charge the real rates.

By far the best plumbing company I’ve ever used. Came out on Sunday and worked into the evening to fix my water line. Polite, friendly, professional, affordable. 10 Stars!!! Outstanding service

I am currently very satisfied with the service performed in my bathroom today by Mr. Scott. He was on time, very thorough and honest with his consultation.
