Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

He has also worked at my personal residence, replacing components on my 25 year old home.
Kevin is on time, does clean, neat, professional work, and offers options for affordable,and high quality repairs.

My review is also not as a customer. I was driving down Lake Wheeler when a PlumberKen van pulled out from a side street and cut me off. Had to slam on the brakes. Looks like they make a habit of this based on another review. Not a great idea to drive recklessly when your business name is on the vehicle.

I recently had Optimal Plumbing Solutions replace the water heater in our home. The technician (Brad) was very polite, knowledgeable and obviously a skilled professional in his trade. The job was done seamlessly with no mess left behind. The new heater was installed with obvious quality ensuring everything was up to current codes. The craftsmanship of his work was fantastic. The furnace was not working the next day - inside temp was 61 degrees although thermostat was set at 72 degrees. Called and same technician arrived to correct the malfunction.

Quickly installed a new water heater. After realizing mine was broken, a new one was installed with 24 hours.

This was a very prompt and efficient service. The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to help me assess the root cause of the issue that I thought was plumbing related, however it was HVAC related. He even was able to give us a referral to a reliable company that could help fix the issue!

We called CPR yesterday for setting a toilet back and re installing a vanity in our half bath. The lady that answered the phone was very sweet and nice. They were able to get to us in the afternoon which is what we wanted. Andy came over to do the work and he was extremely careful, professional and knew what he was doing. ARC had been referred to me by my realtor. I purchased a home and a week later the water heater started leaking. I called ARC and they sent someone out the next day to take a look at my hot water heater. Benjamin gave me 3 options in regards to repair or replacement. Since the part was hard to find, I ordered it online and called ARC back when it had arrived for installation due to multiple issues with my hot water heater. I would recommend them to anyone. Finding a consistently good plumber is a great thing. We just installed a Rinnai hot water system, and a Halo 5 water filter on our 10-yr -old house. We love working with Will who is both imminently qualified and patient as we learn the new technology. We also had the plumbing home inspection, and caught a number of problems before they presented while we had family visiting. Will is proactive, practical and wise in his recommendations. It is our hope to stay with Will and CK for the future. I recommend them both highly.

We recently purchased a home in the Raleigh area, and soon thereafter we were notified by the local water company that there was a significant leak somewhere on the property. We spoke with many different plumbers, but Eddie was clearly the best choice. He has more years of experience than I've been alive, charged reasonable rates, and was able to schedule a visit on the same day.

Once he was on-site, he identified the leak was within our irrigation system and was able to quickly shut off the leak without disrupting the flow to the house. He, unfortunately, didn't have the equipment to complete the repair, else I would have certainly contracted him to do so.

Overall, Eddie is a straight shooter and the type of person you'd comfortably recommend to friends and family - not just to random people on the internet!

Just got completely ripped off! Service call of $59 very reasonable. Labor was $104 for one hour of work! Not my fault that he had to go get a machine. So just paid $222 to unclog a shower drain. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!
