Took them two visits to do a very simple job. Charged a ridiculous outrageous amount of money. Will never use Roto router again ever. Will tell all my friends of my experience.

Came on time, explained in detail the issue, provided us with options, performer their work in a professional way.
Definitively, we will use them again!

Not a fan. Quoted me $900 to install a basic RO water system. The system itself cost me $350. Never explained the rationale behind the quote either. Didn’t think he was too interested in getting the business.
