Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

Overall the experience from start to finish was awesome.

First I called on a Saturday afternoon (not really expecting anyone to answer and having to leave a voicemail) when I talked to either a Steve or a Scott I don’t remember their name 100% but he was awesome and got me an appointment set for that week.

They called to confirm the day before and I had a window from 8-11. We all know how that typically goes, they’re get here at 10:30. WRONG Mark got here at 7:57 and texted me when he was on his way.

Now let’s get to the service, I needed help with 2 toilets that wouldn’t stop running, didn’t even really know what the problem was. They checked them out and ran through the rest of the house to check and make sure everything else was good as well, even my water heater and water pressure.

We found an issue with my water heater no anything major but Mark explained it will help extend the life of the water heater and I don’t want it replaced anytime soon. He gave me quick estimates and was able to replace it in under an hour.

Absolutely amazing 10/10 will be using them whenever I have another issue.

These folks did a great job with our systems today and I highly recommend them. They went above and beyond and made this one happy customer.

After discovering a leak in my crawl space I called Mike to see if he had time to come have a looksee. He immediately told me his availability FOR THAT DAY and when he came he discovered the leak was from the water shut off in the house and he commenced to promptly fix it!! Mike has converted a bathtub to a shower in our home and other smaller tasks, he is quite adept at his trade and personable too!!

The plumber was quick and efficient. He came in and quickly resolved our issues. Thank you!

Dawson and his partner were very knowledgeable about the HVAC repair and offered several alternative solutions for the fix. They were very personable and accomplished the repair within an hour after the problem was diagnosed (on a very hot & humid day). They responded to an emergency repair request within 24 hours, which was particularly helpful to get the HVAC back up and operational ASAP. Highly recommend this service for professionalism and quick response.

ARC had been referred to me by my realtor. I purchased a home and a week later the water heater started leaking. I called ARC and they sent someone out the next day to take a look at my hot water heater. Benjamin gave me 3 options in regards to repair or replacement. Since the part was hard to find, I ordered it online and called ARC back when it had arrived for installation due to multiple issues with my hot water heater. I would recommend them to anyone. Benjamin is super knowledgeable.

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.
