Best Maintenance in Raleigh NC

I called Ease plumbing because they had a review that mentioned an outdoor plumbing repair. Their fellow showed up, barely looked into the hole where my husband found the leak and said he needed to talk to his supervisor. Minutes later he came back to say he could fix it for over $700. He said he would offer a senior discount of $75. My father in law told him that was too much. He was charged a $69 fee, instead of the $59, I was told it would be. Fast forward to today. Full Stack plumbing came out, Corey identified the issues. Asked my FIL how he wanted it handled and Corey did just that. It was almost half the cost. I will not call Ease plumbing again!

Just had a Rinnai tankless hotwater heater installed. Everyone I dealt with at Poole's(multiple people in the office, estimator, install team, inspection team) all great to work with. All hard working and attention paid to all of the details. Good work for a fair price.

Paul from Optimal Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing my leaky water heater. The leak was discovered after normal working hours but he arrived promptly after his current assignment. Unable to get the proper size water heater at that time of day, he took care of getting the water turned off so the leaking would stop. The closet where the water heater is located is very small and he spent several hours the next day locating one that would fit. He arrived for the installation and within a few hours I had hot water once again! Paul is very professional and knowledgeable about the services he performs, and a very pleasant person to have working in your home. I will definitely use Optimal Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

These guys looked at my pool heater like it was some kind of alien technology, and started googling on their phones how to diagnose the problem...heck, I could've done that. They couldn't figure it out and became hostile almost to the point of physical intimidation when I argued that I didn't want to pay them unless they actually fixed the problem. Run from these people!

Technician Raymond was great. I had numerous questions about some other issues unrelated to the routine service and he was very helpful explaining sump pumps, sealed crawl spaces and dehumidifiers. Great service!

I would 100% recommend this company! I wanted a new toilet installed. I called Frank Polk and he was very professional. Frank came on time and did an excellent job installing the new toilet. He did it very quickly! The prices are fair and Frank educated me on plumbing issues. Overall great communication and customer service.
