Alan was very prompt in answering my phone call the day that I called. He was also able to fit me into his schedule to install a remote control for my ceiling fan. He did a great job explaining what he was doing and why. I highly recommend him for your electrical needs!

John Mayo cane out from Progressive Heating and Air. He was AWESOME! Knowledgeable, explained everything and found our GAS leak in a short amount of time. Not only would we highly recommend Progressive if you ever need a plumber especially in an emergency he’s the guy!!

We are very pleased with the work of Plumbing Giant and the plumber they sent to our home. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable in his approach. After inspecting our drain clearing issue, he was able to provide a solution quickly using only the equipment and spare part we needed.

This company tried to charge me $185 to literally come and place puddy in my bathtub drain. The service men did not seem very enthused in trying to determine the real source of the problem. Only, after I called the owner Jimmy did he decide to knock off $25. Still, I could not believe he was charging me $160. Then to top it all off the puddy never fixed the problem! My bathtub still leaked thru my dining room ceiling! I called the very next day and Jimmy tells me he is going to charge me yet another service charge to come out again?!!? I complained again about the price, and then he says he will not charge me a service fee, but he will have to charge me to find the source of the problem and fix it AGAIN! At this point I told Lane Plumbing that I no longer wanted to do business with him. I do not trust this company's ethics just as the last reviewer wrote. I instead called Matthew's plumbing service and the service man fixed the issue in less than an hour and I was not overcharged!

UPDATE: Matthews Plumbing is coming back to our home at no charge and worked very hard to find the source of the leak. As I stated earlier, Lane Plumbing talks a good game over the phone, but please know this company WILL overcharge their customers as the last poster and the YELP reviews state. I have yet to find such unprofessionalism in a business. The owner actually called another plumbing company to discuss the work done at my home and berate me b/c I left him a bad google review. Customers BEWARE!!!!!

I would like to give a shout out to Rich from Cary Plumbing for his responsiveness, professionalism and expertise in diagnosing a main line clog we have been dealing with for the past few months. Rich explained and showed me what the problem was and how he was going to resolve the issue and we could not be more appreciative of his expertise. I could not be more pleased with Rooter & Sons Plumbing. I contacted the owner late Tuesday night about my very old tankless hot water heater needing yet another repair as it had stopped working. After going over my options, I decided it was finally time to stop paying for repairs on the old unit and upgrade to a new water heater. By early Wednesday afternoon the technician had the new Rinnai unit installed. He was on time, worked efficiently, and was very knowledgeable. Thank you!

Aron texted and called ahead, showed up (after calling and letting me know) hours ahead of time I expected, and left my house as clean as he started, with plumbing problem resolved and tested. Best service I have had in years. This will be my first call in the future for all if my plumbing and drain problems.
