Called for service in Raleigh, NC on the Sunday night after Thanksgiving, appreciating the advertised no charge for 24/7 Emergency Service.Technician Ryan DiSorbo, who was on weekend call, handled a job that turned out to be more complicated than he anticipated with good humor and efficiency. He worked until midnight to finish the job. He deserves a raise and a promotion.

We called CPR yesterday for setting a toilet back and re installing a vanity in our half bath. The lady that answered the phone was very sweet and nice. They were able to get to us in the afternoon which is what we wanted. Andy came over to do the work and he was extremely careful, professional and knew what he was doing. I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
