Waite Plumbing provided a turn-key piping replacement project for our home.

They changed out our entire home's copper pipes to PEX, as well as replaced, sanded, and painted the sheetrock that was removed to replace the pipes. Our customer experience exceeded our expectations. The professionalism of the team was exceptional from start to the finish of the project. We really appreciate the speed, responsiveness, quality, and care your company demonstrated.

Mark was able to arrive early. He asked some questions and then got right to work. He informed me that my a/c system was doing all it could and that he didn't find anything wrong. Receptionist wasnt very friendly when I made the call to request service. The expression of you only get one chance to make a first impression is true. I decided to call another plumber for our plumbing issues.

Very pleased with the work David performed replacing main shut off valve and pressure regulator. He and his helper were very efficient with their work. He is my go-to plumber from now on.

Absolutely worst experience. I got a brand new home from Toll Brothers. Pool's plumbing is designated plumber for Toll Brothers.
During first year itself, while my home was in warranty, I had lot of issues, all related to plumbing.
1. No hot water coming from water heater (2 days after my closing)
2. Water leakage from master bathroom coming in formal dinning room.
3. Water leaking in my laundry room on the floor.
4. Repeated clogging of water in all bathrooms.
5. Water leakage from Jack & Jill bathroom shower.(after warranty was over).

I highly doubt their claim of being NC's best plumbing company (I was told by Bob, who is the owner of this company).

I hired a handyman who diagnosed & fixed water leakage for kid's bathroom & he walked me through the issue. He laughed & said any professional plumber will never do this kind of work.

Their charges are close to 100-200 $ per hour, absolutely unrealistic & not worth.

I saw lot of positive reviews on google about this company, it looks like they are very good at tankless water heater installation (mainly commercial) but for residential service big NO for this company.

Don't waste your money, it looks like you will end up spending them again by calling different plumber for the long term solution.

I saw a couple of reviews on nextdoor and needed an outside faucet replaced so I called Glen at Westover Plumbing. They had someone nearby and came over same day! Fixed my problem for me no problems and diagnosed and fixed another small thing for me for free. Great customer service and neat and clean, nice work! I will use them again !

I have used this plumber for the last 3 years. I called because I had a problem with my hot water heater (no hot water). This was on a Wednesday morning, and I was told it would be the following Tuesday before they could come out....unless I wanted to pay to have someone come out after hours or on a weekend. The staff did not at all seem to care either. This company does not value their clients obviously.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Bolton is the only HVAC company that we have ever used in over 31 years of living in Raleigh. We have installed many systems and keep a maintenance agreement with them. Jerry is knowledgeable, friendly, reliable, hardworking, and respectful. His staff all have the same high standards. They know what they’re doing and won’t leave before the problem is solved. Camden is dear to us.

I called Carolina Plumbing & they were able to come out the same day. The tech was very professional and knew the problem with our faucet right away. It was just clogged with minerals because we are on a well. It took maybe 15-20 minutes. I was never told there was a $288.00 minimum for a service. I thought that was way to excessive for the amount of time for the repair.

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

Newcomb & Company are the only ones I call. I replaced a unit in 2013 when Newcomb came in almost 2k lower than the rest for a new upstairs unit. I did not hesitate this year when my downstairs unit finally quit. Don't waste your time calling the others. They are trained to sell you services and equipment you don't need. Save yourself time and money. Give Mike Cox a call and he will definitely get you back to living in comfort as quickly as possible.
