Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

This is the 4th time I have used them over the past 15 years. The technicians they have sent out are friendly, knowledgeable and take their time. They never rush through the job and are very thorough. They are always willing to discuss the problem and offer solutions or ideas. I will use them again should the need arise.

Busted water line in the ceiling

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

They are great and professional. The service tech Kalston Redd is knowledgeable and professional. He explainedv the problem with the water heater and made an honest recommendation.

So my tenants called, which my lease states I will not be responsible for outside services, the man came and inspected and said I don't have time to do this now, came back next day and said he could not fix unless he tore up walls and cabinets, so he put $20 shark bite cap on and it still leaked. They wanted $305.92 and didn't repair, turned us, the landlords into collection agency.

Linwood was very very professional and courteous. I had all the confidence in the world that he knew what he was doing. He was very tidy with his work and cleanup, and was timely in the performance of the service. I would highly recommend him.
