Tony Allen was outstanding! He remedied the major drainage issues in our bathroom sink and tub. I had previously tried using Draino and my own drain auger to clean out the blockages and had no success. Tony was able to clear the large blockage’s composed of sludge and hair lodged very deep in our old, original metal piping. On top of that he was extremely friendly and professional. He informed me about the fundamental issue with using Draino to clear blockages and turned me on to an effective enzyme-based solution for proactive maintenance. Working with Tony was excellent, and if the other technicians with the company are anything like him, then I highly recommend 3 Mountains Plumbing.

I have an old house and have needed the services of a plumber several times throughout the 20 years I've owned this home. After a terrible experience with Mr. Rooter, someone gave me Paul's name. I have always had the best of service with reasonable prices and respectful staff. The best I can say about Paul's Plumbing is that I can always trust what they say. Never have felt cheated or that they performed a service I didn't need. Highly recommend them.

Technician, Justus McCabe, was prompt, professional, friendly, and thorough. He was also very helpful explaining a couple things that were not part of the original job order. I called them for help with my friends AC unit, they said they were extremely busy with this famous heatwave coming up and got my friend connected to their operator. That day, someone was able to show up. They then explained that the broken central AC unit they were using still had years of life left over, and the tech turned it on and got it running.

Today we had a plumbing emergency. Another contractor (utility) accidentally broke our waterline. Portland Mechanical Contractors was dispatched to help. When I called, Sabrina was very understanding and did her best to get us a tech asap despite how busy they were. The tech (Eric) was a pro. He handled the problem and we got our water back 2 hrs ahead of schedule. Not an easy thing to do these days. Thanks PMC.
