I can’t say enough good about this company. He goes above and beyond his job and make sure it is done right. I bought a House that had sewer problems and he needs exactly what needed to be done. Two days later my sewer is fixed. I was stressed thinking maybe I would be without water for 2 days. Once he started he said only a few hours I would be without water. So thank you! Look no further for all your plumbing needs. If I could give more stars I would. I have zero complaints nothing negative it was the smoothest process.

Although I live out of state, the Mr. Rooter technician who came to my Oregon home to solve an underground leak kept me informed every step of the process, gave me options on how best and most economically to deal with it, and was a pleasure to communicate with. Great service great prices and great Construction Services

I had Steve take a look at the gutter drains on my house that back up during heavy rain. With a couple of his many tools and gadgets, he was easily able to find the problem, which turns out to be a fairly common issue in certain areas around Portland and Vancouver. He works quickly and conscientiously, is friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever need any kind of drain cleared out, located, or checked with a camera - AAA Drain Cleaning is definitely who I will call.

Mike and his crew were able to do a trenchless repair on a sewer connection separation within the same week we called for a quote. Mike was able to complete the job for half of the cost of another plumbing company who wanted to dig up the street for the repair. Will call Mike again in the future.

I don't ususally write reviews at all, much less negative ones. But I am so appalled by my experience with this company... A technician came out to fix our garbage disposal. Looked down in to it for like 15 seconds, got on his ipad and said it would be over $500 to fix and that we should just replace it for over $1000. The disposal is just a year old! So I had someone else out, he got under the sink and fixed it five minutes. Didn't want to charge us at all. I called to inform the company and the person at the call center was extremely patronizing and just kept making excuses. Completely unacceptable. Beware of extreme upselling with this company!

My kitchen sink stopped working in September, so I called these guys because Jack came highly recommended. They sent two youngsters to work on it and another project. They took the other project apart and left parts strewn about for my roommate to trip over, then said they would have to come back another day to finish the job.

Today I got tired of them waiting.
