They guys that came where so awesome, helpful, they walked me through it all, and all the solutions we could try. They where kind enough to do it all over again with my partner over the phone. Never felt pressured, I really appreciate the patience.

There were several curveball related to our job, which resulted in the project costing more and requiring a larger work force. Even with that occurring early on, David and his team honored the original quote and were very professional throughout the job. Portland Star Plumbing was easy to work with, prompt, and very professional. They fixed a long-standing problem (incorrectly plumbed utility sink). Both service technicians observed COVID guidelines and cleaned up after themselves. We we’re very pleased, and will be hiring them to do a big job—all the plumbing for a new, above-garage apartment—this spring!

Mario and Smitty's Sewer Service were fantastic! Very responsive, exactly on time, with a can do attitude. We had a tricky problem with the outflow pipe of our septic that Mario came up with a good plan for, and clearly explained every step of the repair. The price was extremely reasonable, especially considering the high labor costs today. We Highly recommend Smitty's for any septic or sewer issues you need resolved. Would've given 6 stars!

Hard working locally owned business that knows what they are doing! I had a plumbing repair I needed quickly and he got if fixed right away. I left a msg and was immediately (within 2 mins) called back by the owner. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and affordable! The repair took longer than expected but he did not raise the price. Thanks Steve! You really saved the day and I appreciate that you squeezed me into your schedule because you understood my situation.

I called up Frontier Plumbing and Drain for a straight forward alcove tub install for my bathroom renovation projects. What turned into a single day job, quickly became week long project. Not because of Frontiers work, but the shoddy job previous home owners and builders did.

Jeff was great. Was up front with the costs and extra time it would take. He did what he said he would do got under budget as well. I can't but help recommend Frontier Plumbing and Drain enough to everyone I talk with.

Mike, the owner, is a straight shooter. He has high standards and does excellent work. I've hired him on three different occasions over a five-year period. The last time, I had his team re-pipe my house with PEX pipe. It was a big job, but they did what they said they would do with minimal disruption.

We had a leak in our main water line. It turned into a massive job because the leak detection company had difficulty locating the leak. Sarkinen plumbing had to do a great deal of work for me over a number of weeks. Derek and Daniel were both co-leading the job. Both are extremely professional, genuine and responsive. I was in a pretty desperate situation, and was afraid that they would try to take advantage of me. They didn't at all. They were honest, direct, and clear with their communication, and very reasonable and fair with their charges. I HIGHLY recommend Sarkinen. I feel strongly you can trust them to be reasonable, and deliver responsive, high quality work that they'll stand behind.
