Great service and great product. Upon discovering the dreaded water heater leak, I found Joe's services to be the most responsive and committed to the job at hand. By noon the following day, we had a quality install at a competitive price. I really appreciated Joe's insight on water heater tips and product selection.

Terry's work is absolutely top notch. I had a leaking pipe, and not only did he fix the issue, he determined that the pipe itself was unnecessarily long (since the house was old and plumbing work had been done and re-done in different ways over the years) and rerouted the water via a shorter path. Now my downstairs shower has far more water pressure than it has in the nearly 15 years I've lived in my house (it's almost scary how much pressure there is now). The next time I have a plumbing issue, Terry will be the first person I call.

Excellent service. Don took my call and scheduled service for the next day. Tim came out and checked all the valves and kitchen sink faucet to find the leak. He replaced the faucet and it all works and looks great. Thank you, Tim. Friendly, fast, and competent.

We love working with the folks at Bruner and have done so for many years (exclusively). This is a top notch company with top notch people who do top notch work. They are just a bunch of really good, hardworking people who are down to earth, honest and reliable. It is easy to see why they stay so busy (be patient if you have to wait a bit, it is well worth it)!

Our house is almost 60 years old, so pipes and drains are aged. We have called Apollo several times to unclog drains and they've always responded promptly and provided great service. We recently had a pipe burst during a severe ice storm and they came out as soon as roads were passable to do the repair. While the repair issue was pretty extensive and will require them coming back, Rob was able to do a temporary repair that gave us back our running hot and cold water. I highly recommend Apollo.Update: This week we found sludgy water backing up into our shower and couldn't run water anywhere on this floor without it rising. Apollo sent Eric Buckner and he quickly diagnosed the issue, offered options, then quickly went to work on the fix. When finished he left everything sparkling clean. Eric is very friendly, as well as very proficient. He's a drain master!

The two representatives of Portland Gas came to install a gas line to our gas grill located in our back yard. They did the project professionally and neatly.Their counsel was welcome as we move forward with the grill's use. Polite, professional, and engaging. Joe (White?) their technician, did a great job of clearing a main roof drain of our 5-story condo building today, going over 30 ft underground with the camera, and then jetting it clear. Very very pleased with his work.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. They installed a water heater and missed one detail. Trying to get someone out to correct it involved being on hold for hours and being hung up on a couple of times.
I waited for 5 hours for a technician. It was a no show. After I called back they said the part was back ordered. Nobody let me know that throughout the day while I was waiting. HUH???
Do not waste your time with a 2nd rate company like this.

My wife and I had a waste-water pipe rupture under out kitchen sink in the middle of the night. I called Einstein the following morning and they sent out a plumber within a couple of hours.

Kenney Bush arrived right on-time and was able to assess the situation and provide us with a couple of options. Even though we ended up needing to call a Restoration company to remove some of our basement ceiling and drywall, Kenney was right by our side providing detailed information and suggestions. He was able to repair our broken pipe and even installed a new kitchen faucet and dishwasher, checking all of our water access points in the process.

Overall, I was very satisfied with Einstein Plumbing, as well as Kenney's professional attitude and dedication. I will be contacting Einstein again if I need any maintenance performed on my house in the future. I would strongly recommend Einstein, especially Kenney, to anyone looking for dedicated customer service, fair pricing, and professional expert advice. Thanks Kenney!
