This is my second interaction with this company in two days. Somebody who took my initial call with amazing the dispatcher was beyond friendly and help full and accommodating. Then, when they sent Tyler, I could not have been more pleased. He turned a frustrating situation into a fairly common experience. I am shocked at how fast they get me in for every step of my crazy adventure with my Plumbing. Day, one was with Tyler he was professional and courteous. Patient explained everything told me all of my options, broke down everything for me. He went way beyond to make sure I knew what he was doing as well as On what I was looking forward to in the future. Second day I was equally as happy with this technician as I was with the last I’ve honestly shocked at the level of professionalism and courtesy and knowledge that every single person I’ve encountered with this company has.This company is hiring and training. Staff needs to teach other companies what customer services the technician today even explained what to do in the future to prevent things and check the times explain all of it to me over the phone as my daughter was the only one home. He went above and beyond just as Tyler did thank you so much Deilyn and Tyler!!!!.

Bruner did an excellent job for us, running plumbing and installing fixtures for a full ADU remodel project we did. Everything was installed precisely and professionally. All the employees who worked on the project did great and were very courteous, professional, and clean. Andrew was my plumber. He treated me right ....... an honest guy. I thought that I needed to replace my garbage disposal. Andrew looked it over .............. tightened some fittings and tested it out. Total fix and at a fare price.

I recently had Central Air Inc. rework some duct work and the gas line in a basement of a house I own so I could finish off the space. It is a challenge like so many places around has low ceilings and the existing duct work was haphazardly run through the space making it difficult to finish and make the space nice.I couldn't be more pleased with the out come working with Central Air from Chris the salesman who was very helpful providing his input and expertise, to Dennis and Austin the Installers who went out of their way to creatively figure out how to get from point to point with the least amount of impact on the space I wanted to finish.Chris gave me an estimate but suggested they work on an hourly basis to get the best results for both parties which I agreed to. The guys worked fast and efficiently, got to the house early, stayed way late to get the job done instead of making another trip. Their workmanship was top shelf and they left the place neat and clean.The office staff also was courteous, friendly and professional. Definitely on the pricey side, but they got it taken care of quickly and easily. From my first phone call to the end of the job being completed was maybe 3 hours, most other places I called couldn't have anybody out for a day or two or even a week. Dude was super friendly and helpful too.

Quick and efficient plus a one year warranty on service!

On Sunday morning of Thanksgiving holiday weekend, I heard a noise in my wall. A pipe rattling. Tried to find source, but everything appeared fine. However, when I looked at my water meter, the counter was ZOOMING. I shut off the water to my duplex - which meant neither I nor my tenants had water. I started calling plumbers who's websites promised 24/7 service. For the first 15 calls, I got: no answer, voice mail, or hesitant promises to send someone in a few days. I finally called Pauls. Josh answered my call and came on a holiday weekend! He found several inches of water in crawlspace. He explained the water would have to be removed before repairs could be made. When the crawl space was dried out, Ben and his apprentice came, found the problem, and fixed it to my complete satisfaction. I'd recommend Pauls Plumbing to anyone.

This business does good work. However, communication could use improvement. On this particular job, they arrived 2 hours before the agreed on time, and were gone before I was there. And they spelled my name wrong, even tho we have exchanged emails. Am I picky?

I needed advice on a bathroom remodel and the Sarkinen person came out quickly, explained everything in terms of what needed to be done and how it would happen, and gave us a very reasonable quote!!

I called them for help with my friends AC unit, they said they were extremely busy with this famous heatwave coming up and got my friend connected to their operator. That day, someone was able to show up. They then explained that the broken central AC unit they were using still had years of life left over, and the tech turned it on and got it running.

You helped someone who had 5 kids in that house. You deserve this 5 star.

Called these guys at 9:40am on a Sunday for an active leak at one our properties. Phone rep gave an appointment time of 1:30-3:30pm. At 3:45pm I get a call from the tenant saying no one has reached out. Upon calling they let me know that they will not be able to get to it today, but also will not be able to get to it on Monday.

I was given no update via email, nor voice message. For something as pressing as an active leak this is highly unprofessional. The full time employee who works this phone line said they do not event know what Premiere Portland Plumbers is as a company. Leading me to believe that this is just a SEO for Mr. Rooter. Very poor experience and a massive waste of time.
