Greg was very clear and concise. Asked good questions to ensure he did only what was necessary to fix the issue. Repaired the issue within minutes and charged the price quoted.

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

We had a plumbing pipe break on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately, the water wrecked a ceiling on the 1st floor, which we had to do some sheetrock repairs too. We called Best Portland Plumbers and they came right out and fixed the plumbing issue. Their prices were fair, and the plumber got the work done very quickly. Hopefully I do not have to use them again, or it is under better circumstances. Broken pipes are no fun.

I don't ususally write reviews at all, much less negative ones. But I am so appalled by my experience with this company... A technician came out to fix our garbage disposal. Looked down in to it for like 15 seconds, got on his ipad and said it would be over $500 to fix and that we should just replace it for over $1000. The disposal is just a year old! So I had someone else out, he got under the sink and fixed it five minutes. Didn't want to charge us at all. I called to inform the company and the person at the call center was extremely patronizing and just kept making excuses. Completely unacceptable. Beware of extreme upselling with this company!

If you've ever done a remodel that involved plumbing or lived in a rental that had plumbing issues, you know that a good plumber is worth their weight in gold. Nick at Pacific Crest is SOLID GOLD. They are really careful with budget, respectful of your space and super easy to communicate with, even in crisis situations. Pacific Crest is the real deal, people.

Ken was the very best plumber that we have ever encountered. He was recommended by our good neighbor, and sure enough he was not only a really pleasant gentleman but also a highly knowledgeable plumber with reasonable fee (surely less than I expected based on our prior experience). I would definitely go back to him when we have any plumbing issue.

Meticulous Plumbing personnel were all courteous, professional, on time, and the highest quality work. The order was to replace the old backyard faucet. The technician added a mounting block, at my request, and installed the new faucet. The installation was superb. I will continue to use Meticulous Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.
