I requested a sewer/water line specialist through Angies List due to a water leak. Rob from PDX Sewer Solutions called withing 10 minutes after the request and even came out that late afternoon to look at the problem. There was a break in the water line that runs from the meter to the house. It was a pretty large leak. I received the estimate later that evening and I hired Rob. He gave the job priority due to the severity of the leak. Rob and his helper, Ty, were on the job two mornings later. They were on-time both days they were on the job. Rob kept me in the loop of his findings and anything else that he was concerned about. After the job, Rob and Ty put my yard back together, spread grass seed, cleaned up the dirt and sprayed the mud off the sidewalks. It looks as if nothing had happened, other than the grass less spots in my yard. I highly recommend PDX Sewer Solutions to fix your sewer/water needs. I will definitely utilize there services again. Terry Massey installed an extensive array of plumbing in our new church building a few years ago. The building is large with multiple bathrooms, kitchen and nursery facilities for young children. Additionally, we did a major redo of many of the water supplies and waste drainage throughout our several acre property, some of which were quite complicated. We own a duplex, and Bob has helped us over the years with hooking up new faucets, garbage disposals, and replacing old drain pipes with new ones that aren't filled with 50 years of sludge and rust. Today he came out with one day's notice to replace one of our water heaters which was 16 years old. Lo-and-behold, the other unit's water heater began to leak while he was here. Unbelievable! It turned out to have been leaking inside for years and filled with rust. So he ended up replacing both for us. Yes, it was an expensive day for us, but, hey, they are good for years now. His work is professional, and he takes a great deal of pride in doing it well. We highly recommend Bob and Nichols Plumbing.

On Sunday morning of Thanksgiving holiday weekend, I heard a noise in my wall. A pipe rattling. Tried to find source, but everything appeared fine. However, when I looked at my water meter, the counter was ZOOMING. I shut off the water to my duplex - which meant neither I nor my tenants had water. I started calling plumbers who's websites promised 24/7 service. For the first 15 calls, I got: no answer, voice mail, or hesitant promises to send someone in a few days. I finally called Pauls. Josh answered my call and came on a holiday weekend! He found several inches of water in crawlspace. He explained the water would have to be removed before repairs could be made. When the crawl space was dried out, Ben and his apprentice came, found the problem, and fixed it to my complete satisfaction. I'd recommend Pauls Plumbing to anyone.

I've gone through his services via Choice Home Warranty for a leaking Garbage Disposal issue. I had to go through so much of pain dealing with him. He neither responds to customers timely nor stand by his commitments. At the same time, he's extremely rude... at one point of time, he said if he should steal something from a store.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
