We had these guys come and inspect our newly purchased home, & to give us a rundown of it’s status, our options, and estimates. Paul and Jean Marc were great, and really were outstanding as a team. I feel they went above and beyond to ensure the feedback they were about to provide was accurate. They were polite, hard working, very thorough, but most importantly honest. I never felt like they were pushing further service on us. They understood our financial restrictions and gave us several options for pricing, as well as how long we could likely hold out. Being first time home buyers who already surpassed our budget, it was a relief to know we could take some time to build our nest egg back up. I’d also like to mention how polite and patient they were. After my wife came home as they were about to leave, they were more than happy to run through everything again with her. We’ll be getting our work done with them this year, and couldn’t feel better about it.

Jose and Taylor were awesome! They showed up timely, introduced themselves, and went to work promptly. All day project grinding out 90% root closure inside my sewer pipe, relined entire sewer line about 50ft, replaced my cement slab at door entry,and cleaned up everything! They were professional, friendly, and completed the job timely! Excellent company and employees!! Very happy!

We have had an issue where we have to run our water for far too long to get either cold or hot water. I wanted to bring in someone new to review our situation and, after checking reviews, brought in Terry Massey Plumbing. Terry and his son came in and in and, in the process of checking out the water lines, determined that the duct work for our dryer was totally shot and needed to be replaced. We set up an appointment to run a hot water line to the kitchen sink AND replace the duct work. I'll attach photos later showing how bad the duct pipes were- unbelievable and not something that the home inspector had caught when we bought the house just 2 years ago or, for that matter, the company we brought in to clean all the ducts sometime after we moved in. My wife and I are very grateful to Terry Massey Plumbing for finding this and bringing it to our attention. So the duct work has been replaced, a new hot water line to the kitchen sink- everything done on time and per their quote- and we're quite happy!

I called Mario about a leaky main. He answered right away and said he'd come over in an hour. He quickly assessed the situation, gave us a reasonable estimate, and immediately called the locator service to come out ASAP. He came back the next day and fixed our problem in an hour or so. I really appreciated his quick response and him not trying to upsell us like the other plumbers we had called. Great service!

Beyond outstanding service. We spotted a leak in our ceiling on a Thursday evening. GLS got us onto their schedule the next day. The crew worked quickly and thoroughly to identify the source of the leak and get it fixed for us. They were thoroughly communicative throughout the process, letting us know our options and what they were doing. They were clean and respectful of our house. Plus, they were affordable. I will be keeping their card for my next plumbing situation.

Pex Plumbing gets a 5 Star Rating. The crew kept checking on the work and would do an adjustment here and a tweek there to make sure the job was done right the first time. The foreman kept me informed during the job and would ask me about ideas they had and get my approval. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards and my house was spotless.

Mr. Rooter is an awesome company that is incredibly reliable and responsive. Joel Boren is our favorite plumber. He is a pleasure to work with and often is able to resolve issues other plumbers have problems fixing. We will continue to use Mr. Rooter for all our plumbing needs.

The office staff fit us into their schedule efficiently when an opening came up, communicated clearly, showed up on time, did the work on the spot for a fair price. It was a good experience all around.

I had an urgent need to scope the inside waste line in my building. Called Steve at AAA. He sent Austin out in 1 hour. Austin was personable yet professional. He was quick, efficient, and obviously knew what he was doing. He's an interesting person and I learned a lot, too. I also had him look at a portion of the exterior line that I was told (by a different scope company) was damaged and needed repair (which they would of course do for thousands of dollars). That turned out to be false -- it looked great. Thank you Steve and Austin - you are a rare example of awesome service, quality work and ethical practices.

One star is generous for my experience with this company. The plumber was rude and condescending. I would have rather used a different company but my home warranty company only allowed this one so I figured there was no harm in trying. Well I wish I wouldn't have used the home warranty plumber because I felt it was a waste of my time and service fee money. I tried to ask for recommendations for what he said was the issue (that apparently was not covered) and he just said that it would be a lot of money and there is no way I could afford it. I asked for a ballpark estimate and he just left. I was honestly shocked at lack of professionalism.
