Kenny was on time, responsive to questions, and efficient. He did good work and cleaned up afterward. (Also, he is very courteous.) 3 Mountains has not let me down yet.

Portland Star Plumbing was easy to work with, prompt, and very professional. They fixed a long-standing problem (incorrectly plumbed utility sink). Both service technicians observed COVID guidelines and cleaned up after themselves. We we’re very pleased, and will be hiring them to do a big job—all the plumbing for a new, above-garage apartment—this spring!

Fast, excellent service. Gary replaced a section of water line I damaged doing DIY work. Prompt service on July 5th - before I even heard back from most other plumbers I contacted. Reasonable price, too. I would recommend Gary for anyone who needs a plumber. Thank you Gary!

My neighbors called this company but for some reason they're blocking my driveway and when I came out to ask the driver to move the car he told me he'd be leaving in a few minutes anyway and then just walked away and disappeared. I said I needed to be able to get out of my driveway soon and I am not convinced that that matters to anyone. Furthermore I don't even see the necessity for blocking my driveway.

I called for a sewer backup first thing in the morning. They arrived at my home, on the complete opposite side of the metro area in about an hour and had it fixed in less than another hour. Great, friendly service. Knowledgeable and very affordable. They saved me a painful weekend and potentially much larger bills. I definitely recommend.

When the hot water line behind our sink burst, after hours, Clark County Plumbing and Drain came out within the hour. I’d think that any after-hours plumber would be in a bad mood and do the minimal amount of work, but instead they sent one of their best. He knew exactly why it burst (manufactured defect) and that there had been a recall for it, too. Incredibly kind and knowledgeable, he didn’t stop at the easy fix. He searched around after capping the line and found that our exterior sink bib, which hadn’t shown any visible leaks to us yet, was also starting to leak. His thoroughness (after hours!) saved us from even more extensive repairs. I can’t recommend this company enough. Oh, and with all that, the price was incredibly fair. CCP&D is a win-win choice.

We had blocked drains from our kitchen sink and washing machine. We called Crown Plumbing and Dwayne came out the next day. He was very polite and professional and cleared both drains. A good value for the money.

Excellent, reliable company. Just called them yesterday for an emergency with my toilet as I have people coming over for Thanksgiving tomorrow!! Luckily, they were able to fix it quickly and Thanksgiving at my house won't be threatened :) Happy holidays

This was the second time that I have used GBM. I was so impressed by the first contact that I did not hesitate to call for a tune up of my AC. The service was great. Bill Imholt was my technician, and he was terrific. He examined the equipment, presented the facts in clear language, and then made the necessary adjustments. A small leak was found, and once fixed, the performance of the AC has been much improved. My experience with GBM has been terrific, and if I could, I'd give them six stars!

Happy’s Plumbing did over $6,000 of work at our home on two separate projects. We currently do not have a labor warranty on their work and reached out to them after 18 months to take a look at an issue with the first project where a 12’ steel vent pipe they cut was not secured properly and the ABS pipe below it was bearing the brunt of its weight, contorting the plumbing lines beneath it. See attached pictures. They told us they will not come out because they make no money fixing things for us. This is a critical issue that needs attention, and they will not take responsibility. Don’t hire them unless you want to work with a company that doesn’t believe in fixing its mistakes and blames the customer for being difficult.

They have had to return to our home before to fix a leaking main shut off valve and to correct their poorly installed water heater connection after a $4,000+ project to replace all our steel water supply lines with PEX. Even then, their ownership had issues fixing their mistakes while the work was still under warranty.

I want to warn future customers against working with Happy’s Plumbing. They are not customer friendly and have an aversion to detail and fixing issues they caused.

I had the worst experience. Incredibly rude and dismissive. A complete lack of follow through. It took over 4 months for all of the parts for my shower to arrive. When I would call to check in, no one took responsibility or ever apologized to me. I would never recommend them to anyone!

Atkinson was so professional and helpful. We had made an error on our side and he handled the whole claim with such professionalism. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks!

Ken Scott was the plumber on our brand new house. When a problem arose with our sump pump, I reached out to have him come take a look. Between my husband and I, we called almost a dozen times over 2 months and received NO answer. I even left a message stating that I'm new to the Portland area, if he can't help me could he please recommend someone else. NOTHING. Do not waste your time trying to get a hold of Ken at KTP Plumbing. Worthless and disappointing.

Left this on Yelp, too, but just want to get the word out on a great plumber: Had a great experience with Steve Ackerman (the son)! Called with a leak issue (from the ceiling), and while they couldn't work me in for a couple of days initially, they called back shortly after the same day when they had a cancellation. Steve arrived when he said he would, was polite, personable, and thorough. He tried to minimize the damage he had to do to the drywall to find the cause of the leak, and he explained every step of the way. It required another trip out to the house to get everything resolved (to allow time for drying of wet wood), but he was efficient, thorough, and left my house even a bit cleaner than when he arrived. Nice guy, obviously very knowledgeable about what he does, and he gave great advice. I will DEFINITELY use him if I ever need a plumber again.
