After hiring them twice, I highly recommend Pipeline Plumbing. Although the work was not complicated the gentleman that did the job was knowledgeable, professional and polite. The initial job was to replace the bathroom toilet. This was done efficiently, the old toilet was taken away and he even asked me if I wanted a soft-close toilet lid! I must be a country bumpkin because I had no idea there was such a thing--and I love it. The second work was a dishwasher, garbage disposal, sink and faucet disconnect and reconnect as part of a kitchen refresh. Again, Pipeline sent the same gentleman the second time which was a pleasant surprise (I like the continuity). To my relief, he helped me work through a couple issues with the sink and the work was done as promised.
I would definitely hire Pipeline Plumbing for future work when I do the bathroom remodel. Great people, great service and local too.

Our water heater went out and started leaking in attic. We contacted our Us warranty company. The plumber was able to work with us on his schedule the same day. He explained the problems. He informed the options that might be good. Great 👍👍

We reached out to CCP&D for a second opinion after a different plumber came to the house to check our leaky faucet and recommended replacing it with something fancy, which would have cost $1100! Mike and his colleague from CCP&D recommended replacing part of the faucet, ran to their warehouse for the part and fixed the issue, all of which was done in less than an hour and for less than $250! Talk about no BS and reasonable all around!! We’ll gladly be calling CCP&D back for any plumbing needs. Thank you!

The work they did was actually good, just pay them ahead of time. We had services rendered yesterday at 3PM and my wife has been receiving calls threatening a lien on our house by 3PM today. Maybe I am wrong, but that seems A LITTLE DRASTIC after 24 hours...

We called Meticulous Plumbing because of a small leak in the supply line to the toilet. The supply line was many years old and lacked flexibility. We did not want future problems, so in addition to fixing the leak we wanted the supply line replaced. Josh Bennick was our plumber for this visit. He was friendly and helpful. He practiced safe Covid-19 practices. Explained what needed to be done, gave a quote for the work, and then quickly resolved the problem. We should have no problems with this in the future.

Kent arrived at 8am and the window was 8 to 10am, he called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Very nice and knowledgeable! I signed up for the service plan just because of the service Kent provided. 2 thumbs way up!!

(Modified review: At least a representative from the company called to apologize for the extreme inconvenience.) Worst experience ever. I called the day before to set an appointment, telling them clearly we were located on an upper floor. I called the day of service to verify the time, clearly stating that I was staying in town only until they arrived. The driver called to say he was on the way. I again verified we were there. He then called to say that parking was a problem downtown. I gave him various options, including two spots I could see from the window. I told him how I had waited all day for the appointment. He called back and said it was just too much trouble. Outrageous. Terrible service. I would give zero stars if possible.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
