Our toilets were bubbling. We were using a natural solution to try to clear the problem, but we live in the middle of open fields that were flooding. We got in touch with River City Environmental. They came and drained the septic system. They told us that if we would have waited much longer, we would have had to replace the whole system. Thank you for your help.

Mario provided sensible information fast, even on weekends. He rediagnosed a problem and provided a much more through and rational repair recommendaiton than the other service provider that I contacted, and Mario's price was about 24% of the other provider's bid. In our two bathroom remodel George replaced all of the plumbing. He found and repaired a mystery leak that had been slowly dripping for years. He replaced all of the tub and shower valves, the toilets and associated installation plumbing, and all of the faucets and sink plumbing. He also fixed an additional shower that had dripped for years because the valve was shot.
George's communication is top notch. We always knew when to expect him and he always showed up when he said he would. He was incredibly respectful of our home offices and didn't interfere with our workday. His work is done correctly, the first time, every time. It was truly a pleasure every time he showed up. He's the only subcontractor on this project that I can say all of this about. I will definitely call GLS for future plumbing needs.

The service from Bruner was great. Not only did they return my call in the same day, they were able to schedule someone to be onsite quite quickly. Justin was efficient & thorough. While I hope I won't need to, Bruner Plumbing will be my first call should I need plumbing services again.

An old plastic shut-off valve got stuck halfway through, its handle cracked. No way to open, no turning. Not repairable, just cut out and replace, but because it was sitting right next to the wall, one has to go to the crawlspace and put a longer chunk of pipe too. Not a problem for Gary with Precision. Now I can enjoy the shower and not wait for the washing machine nor toilet to stop refilling. Probably more important: with the new brass valve I can reliably shut off the water any time. Thank you Gary!

Vitaliy at Diligent Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. He was able to fit me in to the schedule immediately for an emergency water heater repair and even managed to make it here early. He was very thorough and honest in giving our options and answering my questions when comparing. Repairs were done quickly and he even took the time to explain what to do to avoid the same damage again. I will definitely keep their info on hand for any future repairs!

I used PEX PDX to replace galvanized plumbing, including the main water line and my entire house. These two tasks were separated by me to ease the financial pain, and they were willing to accommodate this. My hybrid water heater was already set up (by a friend), and when they saw it they asked if I wanted them to redo it, and quoted a number in line with others for water heater installation. The redo looked flawless, and I’ve had no problems with plumbing, and the drywall holes were small enough that we opted to fix them ourselves. Each service was a two-day process, with installation one day (accomplished in a few hours), and inspection by the city the next. Lot of places are capable of doing this work, but the reasons to choose this place are how I was treated, and how the company treats its workers. As a woman, I’m used to being condescended to and asked if I’d like to see their pink options; these guys talked to me about symbols I painted and my rock collection. Super easy to work with and work around. When I asked what it was like to work there, they raved about the place. This is a huge relief, since I’m not interested in surrendering my hard earned dollars to a company that makes employees miserable. How can you take pride in your work if your employer is shameful? If I have other plumbing needs, I’ll call them again.

We were assigned this company through our Fidelity home warranty. They came out twice. Once to assess, and the next time to replace the water heater. We had a great experience. The admin staff was always quick to respond to my call and communicated very well. The plumber came on time, and did a good job with the installation. not sure what all the negative reviews are about, that just wasn't my experience. Would use them again.
