Sean came over promptly to fix the problem with my garbage disposal. Not only that, but he told me what I could do myself if it happens again. He was tidy, polite and nice to my dogs. The bill was very low. I am a happy camper.

Lonny with Lovett was beyond awesome and was a true professional. He provided us with clarification each step of the repair process and was very efficient. Our bathroom was even cleaned after the repairs were done which was extremely generous of him. I would highly recommend Lovett and specifically Lonny for any repairs you may need done!

So...who conducts business when they receive a complaint from a customer only through text messages? A horrible business owner that's who! Harassing potential customers through mutiple text instead of calling to settle a dispute is highly unprofessional. Portland Plumbling Plus has a horrible owner who cannot even pick up a phone to settle a dispute.
