We had a leak in the supply line from the meter to the house.we contacted Sutherland Plumbing, and The Owner came out and determined where the leak was, and quoted the project,and scheduled an appointment.
They showed up right on time, and did a super job. They really got their act together, and are very personable and efficient.
In my opinion they are the best ever, and highly recommend them.

I requested a sewer/water line specialist through Angies List due to a water leak. Rob from PDX Sewer Solutions called withing 10 minutes after the request and even came out that late afternoon to look at the problem. There was a break in the water line that runs from the meter to the house. It was a pretty large leak. I received the estimate later that evening and I hired Rob. He gave the job priority due to the severity of the leak. Rob and his helper, Ty, were on the job two mornings later. They were on-time both days they were on the job. Rob kept me in the loop of his findings and anything else that he was concerned about. After the job, Rob and Ty put my yard back together, spread grass seed, cleaned up the dirt and sprayed the mud off the sidewalks. It looks as if nothing had happened, other than the grass less spots in my yard. I highly recommend PDX Sewer Solutions to fix your sewer/water needs. I will definitely utilize there services again. Terry and his crew did a marvelous job replacing a broken ice-maker water line and even did complete clean-up of area. The cost to me was more than fair, I highly recommend Terry.

Over the last forty years, I have used Standard Plumbing for all my plumbing requirements. They have replaced water heaters, installed toilets with handicap capabilities, did all the plumbing for my remodeled kitchen. In the kitchen , they installed an Instahot, a garbage disposal, plumbed the dishwasher and brought in water for the refrigerator ice maker and filtered water. When we prepared my in-laws old house for sale they replaced the toilets and did a very difficult replacement of a water heater installed in a small space in one of the bathrooms. They have helped me over the phone a number of times to solve problems that, they determined, I would be able to take care of myself. I called them recently because I suspected a leak in my water service. They led me through a series of steps that helped me determine that the standing water that concerned me was not a leak. Beyond outstanding service. We spotted a leak in our ceiling on a Thursday evening. GLS got us onto their schedule the next day. The crew worked quickly and thoroughly to identify the source of the leak and get it fixed for us. They were thoroughly communicative throughout the process, letting us know our options and what they were doing. They were clean and respectful of our house. Plus, they were affordable. I will be keeping their card for my next plumbing situation.
