We were having water pressure issues and needed to replace our PRV. We didn’t want to use the first plumbing company we used to diagnose the problem so we contacted Gary and he came right away. We are so thankful that we found him. He was patient and thorough and an excellent communicator. We will definitely use him again and we would recommend him to our friends and neighbors without hesitation.

Hired them to fix a water leak underneath the house( crawl space) charged me $140 dollars for the visit, he said the toilet was leaking ,even though we never saw water in the bathroom floor. He fixed, we paid 400 and he said no leaks under the house. Next day my husband goes check, leak still there, call them back and another 140. He changed the bath spout, another 400 and again say's leak is gone. two days later we go there and sure enough water is coming down still.Called again, the lady on the phone(Tiara) wants to charge me another 140, when I said they need to wave that fee, since they never fixed the problem , she say's she will call me back. Once she did, she informed me that they would not wave that fee. Bottom line, had my general contractor look at, he found the leak that was a pipe on the wall in our master bath, cutting through wall,replacing pipe, fixing dry wall, 150 dollars and took him an hour. Hope this review will help people to make a wise decision.

Highly efficient, competitively priced, hard working owner operator outfit. Our job was an entire new plumbing system for a smaller commercial building. New pipes, sewage lines, water line. It was a significant undertaking. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, price was great. They were very good about being familiar with commercial building codes and considerations. Meticulous Plumbing has become our go to Plumbing Company. We have used their repair services a minimum of 5 times. Beginning with answering the phone - when we have a need, calling to let us know an earlier time than scheduled has opened up, no surprises - the openness and honesty with which we are of the cost before they proceed (yes - we would hope it would be less), and the professionalism of the plumber preforming the work. Today we had a plumbing emergency. Another contractor (utility) accidentally broke our waterline. Portland Mechanical Contractors was dispatched to help. When I called, Sabrina was very understanding and did her best to get us a tech asap despite how busy they were. The tech (Eric) was a pro. He handled the problem and we got our water back 2 hrs ahead of schedule. Not an easy thing to do these days. Thanks PMC.

The tech was very knowledgeable and personable. Great experience, everything works great and the price was in line with other estimates.

They seem nice, and they came over very quickly. They were prompt about returning calls and texts as well, and while I got cheaper rate quotes, their rate was largely in line with the area at $180 for a call-out.

However, despite me mentioning repeatedly to Nathan that my shower was American Standard both on the phone and in my text message, Nathan took one look and was like: Yeah, I don't know. I don't do American Standard. I opened part of it for him and showed him where it was leaking, and he was like: Yeah, you need a new part. I explained that I had already replaced these parts at the advice of another plumber and it still leaked, so could he take a look if something was wrong with the installation perhaps. He just said No, I don't know anything about American Standard, so I don't want to touch it.

He gave me a helpful recommendation of calling George Morlan, and they connected me to a company that will be here in two days, but that means another two days without a shower and we have to delay leaving on our anniversary trip on Thursday morning to let the new plumbers in. This could have been avoided if AACT Plumbing had told me they don't do American Standard when I told them over the phone AND in a text: I need an American Standard diverter fixed.

I was very pleased with Pro Fleet NW's service. They showed up at their appointed time. After they inspected the drainage pipe underneath my house, they promptly gave me a reasonable quote for fixing it and were able to take care of the problem the same day. They were very polite and explained what they were going to do in a language a layman could understand. I would call them if I needed plumbing help again.

Evan Brightman and Phil (last name?) did an excellent job. They were personable, knowledgeable, and very skillful in putting in the plumbing for the new bathroom in our basement. I felt like D&F's price was quite fair, and that the work could not have been done more professionally.

All of the storm drains were plugged on our recently purchased 1980's era home. Bob augured out a large amount of tree roots from the underground line. He and Ama sent a video camera through the line to identify where any line breaks were. They verified the exact location with a metal detector tuned to the video camera's frequency. A temporary fix to the line was completed just before our 4+ rainstorm arrived, and a permanent fix was identified. They gave us the video camera results on a memory stick for future reference. Keeping water away from the foundation will go a long way to mitigate our water in the crawl space problem. Thanks Bob and Ama.
