Had Tristen out to take a look and give me a quote on a bunch of work that is needing to get done on my home. He was super great, very helpful and professional. Helped me find that my water heater was around 20 years old and very happy to get a new one installed and other things fixed. Quick pricing and reasonable for everything. Will be very happy to have all my plumbing and water line related work done by 3 Mountains Plumbing

Portland Star Plumbing was easy to work with, prompt, and very professional. They fixed a long-standing problem (incorrectly plumbed utility sink). Both service technicians observed COVID guidelines and cleaned up after themselves. We we’re very pleased, and will be hiring them to do a big job—all the plumbing for a new, above-garage apartment—this spring!

I highly recommend Pipeline Plumbing. Everyone from the office staff to the plumbers were very efficient about installing a new water line in my back yard.

Replaced hot water heater faster than the big stores, and were so pleasant to work with. Now I have a plumber!

I made my appointment this morning and Abe showed up right on time a few hours later. Right out of the gate he was professional, friendly, courteous and did not pressure me on any sales. He got the job done and did it well. He educated me on how to take care of our pipes as well as helped me understand why we’ve had the issues in the past that we have had. I am so excited and relieved that the issue was resolved and I never thought I would say this but I can’t wait to finally do dishes and laundry ha ha I highly recommend a Roto-Rooter and ask for Abe!

Recently, I had a big problem with my bedroom toilet from roots. I called Burfitt Plumbing and was very fortunate how fast the technician took care of the problem. The guy ROCKED!

He was very informative, explained everything he was doing, and answered all of my questions. The price was well worth it.

I called up Frontier Plumbing and Drain for a straight forward alcove tub install for my bathroom renovation projects. What turned into a single day job, quickly became week long project. Not because of Frontiers work, but the shoddy job previous home owners and builders did.

Jeff was great. Was up front with the costs and extra time it would take. He did what he said he would do got under budget as well. I can't but help recommend Frontier Plumbing and Drain enough to everyone I talk with.

I had a few plumbing problems and I called All Pro Plumbing to see if they could help me. Everyone I talked to on the phone was wonderful and they got someone out to see me the next day. The day of the appointment, Art (the plumber) called me about a half hour before the appointment just to let me know he was on his way. He was right on time, took great care in everything he did, and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. I could not be happier with the service they provided. A great BIG Thank-You to everyone at All Pro Plumbing.

Duane was very polite and friendly. He was always communicating with me what he was doing, where and what needs to be done. I’d definitely call him again for any future plumbing services .

A couple nights ago, my bathroom sink started flooding and I had to called Best Portland Plumbers. They were at my house in surprisingly short order & effectively fixed the flood. Will use again as needed in the future!

One star is generous for my experience with this company. The plumber was rude and condescending. I would have rather used a different company but my home warranty company only allowed this one so I figured there was no harm in trying. Well I wish I wouldn't have used the home warranty plumber because I felt it was a waste of my time and service fee money. I tried to ask for recommendations for what he said was the issue (that apparently was not covered) and he just said that it would be a lot of money and there is no way I could afford it. I asked for a ballpark estimate and he just left. I was honestly shocked at lack of professionalism.

Update: Well, since I cannot figure out how to delete a Google Review, I'll just update this one and revise the 1-star star rating I had previously given. I received an email from this company's answering service, saying this was their fault. They had some technical difficulties that day and didn't realize that Paul's actually did take emergency calls. So the information I was given was incorrect. I'll revise my rating, I suppose. But Paul's should consider their relationship with that company. As a business owner, I certainly wouldn't want an answering service who I entrusted to care for my clients giving them incorrect information that would leave them upset and conflicts with what my website says. But it sounds like this company is pretty contrite. So hopefully they will not leave someone else hanging next time during an emergency.

The emergency service they list on their website is a lie. Called on Saturday middle of the day for service and just got an answering service that told me they're closed until Monday. :(

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
