Everett did a very thorough drain scan. Showed me the problem on the camera and arranged to have someone come to resolve the issue the same day.

Terry's work is absolutely top notch. I had a leaking pipe, and not only did he fix the issue, he determined that the pipe itself was unnecessarily long (since the house was old and plumbing work had been done and re-done in different ways over the years) and rerouted the water via a shorter path. Now my downstairs shower has far more water pressure than it has in the nearly 15 years I've lived in my house (it's almost scary how much pressure there is now). The next time I have a plumbing issue, Terry will be the first person I call.

I cannot say enough about how great our experience with Bruner was! I can do most plumbing work myself, but when we had a main line leak I decided to get quotes from several local plumbers. Bruner was prompt, honest, fair and incredibly affordable compared to all the others. And best of all they came in under the bid! We will be using them again the next time something comes up and definitely would refer anyone to them. Highly recommended!

Very efficient in removing our old water heater and installing a new 50 gallon tank. Gary was very easy to work with and he did a great job! Would recommend his services to any family or friends.

I cannot speak more highly of Burfitt Plumbing! We have worked with Alan and William at two of our homes on various projects. They have quick response time and great communication. They are very knowledgeable and fairly priced, so we recommend them to all of our friends.

Called to help with repair on rental property. Could not do repair per company policy. Suggested thousands of dollar alternative or find someone else. Personnel were rude and non communicative. I would suggest you find a different company for your plumbing needs.

Craig Anderson plumber Rick came out to help on short notice. I had broken one of the bolts on our ancient toilet flange and I thought the flange would need to be replaced (only toilet in the house). Rick came out and dug out the rest of the old bolt and installed new t-bolts. The flange was good to go and now completely functional. Saved us so much time and money. He also placed my new toilet expertly and leveled it perfectly using shims. Very professional troubleshooting and installation.

No complaints. On time, fast, friendly and competent.

Things started out great. But ended in the worst experience I have ever had with someone doing work in my home, and left me feeling unsafe.

My husband set up the appointment and I was there alone with my two toddler-age kids when the two employees arrived. They were kind and congenial. In fact, one offered to show me how he installed something so I could do it myself on a different tub if desired. Great service. When the employee was finished, my husband called the employee with some questions about the bill. If you care, they were rate-related questions detailed below. If not, skip to next paragraph:

One question was about the rate we were charged being different than the rate agreed upon by phone beforehand (Which Paul, the boss, confirmed when he finally listened.) The second question was about how much time he was logging. He was charging us for time filling out the invoice, for example. (A previous plumber we used had the invoice and payment ready within sixty seconds. This plumber took 15 minutes out in the car after he finished the work. Seems nitpicky... but really adds up at $160 an hr. When you consider we are being charged for transportation time to the site, that means we are paying a total of $75 for time they are not doing plumbing work).

At the end of the conversation my husband asked to talk to Paul to verify the rate. Meanwhile, I had no idea what is going on, but within about sixty seconds into the phone conversation, I hear the employee downstairs yelling on the phone to my husband. I was upstairs in my bedroom with my two young children. The employee then called his boss and was ranting loudly about my husband as the employee walked up the stairs to my bedroom. At that point, this large male who was speaking loudly and aggressively was standing in my bedroom between me and the door, about five feet away from me and my children, both of whom were wide-eyed staring at the man yelling about my husband. I motioned and quietly asked him to please finish the conversation downstairs. He did not stop or move and instead said loudly into the phone Now they're both suddenly unsatisfied.

Honestly this is a major safety issue. The employee was so congenial and appropriate up until that point, and escalated so quickly that I wondered if he has an anger management issue. Here are a few rules that I should not have to tell you: Do not walk up the stairs to my bedroom while you're yelling on the phone. Do not stand in my bedroom, between me and the doorway while yelling on the phone. If a female with young children in tow, politely asks you (a stranger acting aggressively and unpredictably) to leave her bedroom, you say Oh my goodness, of course. You do not argue with her.

I probably wouldn't even be writing this review, if I had gotten a response from Paul (the boss and owner) that indicated he understood the gravity of the problem. Instead, Paul was defensive. His first response to me when I told him what was happening was settle down and then well yeah, he was upset because your husband wasn't paying the bill (This is not at all true. The employee told my husband he'd have to talk to Paul to verify what rate was quoted and then he hung up on my husband. There was no threat whatsoever of not paying, and Paul jumped to this conclusion before even talking to my husband.). Once I told Paul it would be really wise to just listen well and recognize that this is an important safety issue and that the employee needs to take responsibility for his actions regardless of whoever is making him mad on the phone, he finally said okay, okay, he understood and would reprimand the employee.

Frankly, it seemed pretty clear to me that Paul didn't see it as a serious issue. That is concerning. He was apparently more apologetic to my husband and said they have all be working really hard and are tired. I hope indeed this was an anomaly, but we won't be using them again and wouldn't recommend them.

Ben at Weekend Plumber did a big job for me, and from the first inquiry call to the last day of cleanup, Ben was professional, responsive, quick to return messages, clear and fair in his bid, and did excellent, timely work. Job site was impeccable every evening when I got home, which for me is always a great sign. As a single female homeowner, I sometimes dread starting a project, as I have experienced attitudes ranging from condescending and dismissive to downright larcenous from contractors (not the majority, but enough!) and this would never be the case with WeekendPlumber. I truly appreciate Ben’s professionalism, skill, knowledge and integrity. Highly recommend.

I had smoke/carbon monoxide detectors replaced (they began failing and alarming). Turns out they needed to be replaced because they were over 10 years old. Then a GFI switch on the panel got stuck in the off position. The electrician, Aaron, was very thorough in finding and repairing everything. The office staff were also helpful in scheduling the visits.

Park Place Plumbing did an amazing job. They were professional, reasonable and honest. We had an emergency leak repair that involved four units. Mike was able to temporarily fix the problem until he could arrange for a permanent fix. I will definitely use Park Place again for any plumbing needs that may arise.

You can rely on Meticulous Plumbing to live up to their name. Always professional, clean, friendly, polite and competent. I call them with complete confidence.

I haven't call them for plumbing services. And I NEVER will. One of their drivers almost caused an accident in Oregon city this evening. Probably shouldn't have tried to switch lanes at the last second. And if you are going to drive like a crazy person, DON'T DO IT IN YOUR COMPANYS VEHICLE!!!
