Best Home Construction in Portland OR

We live in a 1940s home in uptown Vancouver that was having sewer problems. We had multiple sewer backups into our basement that was really getting frustrating. We had several plumbers come out and tell us our old pipes were collapsing and being infiltrated with tree roots. Their solution was to dig up our whole backyard and replace the pipes - that were about 9 feet down in some places. The cost of this? Over $15,000 and we would be left with a ruined backyard and the cost to replace all the established trees and landscaping. We started to search for another solution. In our search we came across David at Sewer Renewal. He came out and discovered some things that we didn't know and worked with our neighbors (whom we shared a line behind our house) to do a multi-house job. David and his team were professional and problem solvers. When the first way didn't work they found a second way to fix the problem. They worked with the city of Vancouver to determine which lines to fix and which the city was responsible for while giving us top quality value. Sewer lines are not exciting but what is exciting is knowing we won't be getting back ups into our basement and that our home is resellable in the future. Bruner did an excellent job for us, running plumbing and installing fixtures for a full ADU remodel project we did. Everything was installed precisely and professionally. All the employees who worked on the project did great and were very courteous, professional, and clean. If you're looking for quality plumbing work in the Portland area, I would highly recommend them!

Precision Plumbing fixed our leaking main quickly, effectively, and at a very reasonable cost, the same day that we called him. Another plumbing company gave us an estimate that was as much as a small used car!

Both times they have been to the house they have been there quickly. Their work has been admirable. Their prices have always been very fair. Alan is awesome.

***BEWARE*** I called to get an estimate for the cost of having my toilet snaked and was told they would only give me an in home estimate. If they told me it would cost $100.00 I would have had them come do it. Instead, I rented a toilet auger, used it for 2 minutes, and the problem was solved. It took me about 30 minutes to go get the auger, snake my toilet, and return the tool. Total cost was under $30.00 and I suspect it would have been at least three times that amount if I had the plumber do it. Like many plumbers, they prey upon peoples desperation in the hope that you'll pay for their services immediately.

They said they would be there by 1 pm, no call.no show until the next morning. Sad to say it I have come to find several plumbing contract with this same issue. I have been a contractor in oregon for 22 years if I treated my costumers like t hi is I would be out of business.....

He's the kind of guy that comes out and loans you a kitchen faucet on THANKSGIVING DAY because yours went bad and you have the turkey in the oven. He's the kind of guy who crawls around under your house because you hear a strange banging in your walls, and then he figures out it's a woodpecker on your chimney--and he doesn't charge you. This guy is the best. Wouldn't use ANYONE else.

My kitchen drain had a hole in it and leaked into my basement ceiling. It was hard to find any plumber that would come out in the next couple days because they all seemed to be booked until after the 30th. THANKFULLY I found Paul's Plumbing online and made a call! Paul was super nice and was able to have someone come out the next day! I feel terrible cause I forgot the guy's name but he was SUPER nice and did an amazing job!!!! He informed me on everything that needed to be done and if he had to leave to get more parts. I love the work Paul's team did and will definitely use them again! They had great prices too!!!!

Weekend Plumber did a complete re-pipe from CPVC to Pex. The owner Ben was great to work with - he was organized, got the job done quickly and even took my call months after the job was done to help me troubleshoot a potential issue which turned out to be nothing. His pricing was fair and straight forward and I did not feel cheated after the fact.

I would definitely use Weekend Plumber again

I haven't call them for plumbing services. And I NEVER will. One of their drivers almost caused an accident in Oregon city this evening. Probably shouldn't have tried to switch lanes at the last second. And if you are going to drive like a crazy person, DON'T DO IT IN YOUR COMPANYS VEHICLE!!!

Tim called me and asked if he could show 15 minutes early, which was perfect for my schedule. He was prompt, professional, and extremely helpful in diagnosing my guest bathroom leak. His price was the best around and I would highly recommend/use again!

I talked with Home depot professional install at 10:12 am on 5-2-2020 and was given a quote over the phone with the model of the gas water heater they would put in and explained the process. I received a call exactly 1 hr later from the installer saying that he was on his way. The installer was here at 11:30 went over the job for replacing the water heater to ensure that there would not be any complications and that the quote is correct, and the quote was right on. I did have to replace the expansion tank and that was extra but i expected it. At 3:00 he was cleaned up and pulling away. Excellent job, thank you
