Terry Massey Plumbing was the first company I called. He came out the next day to give me an estimate on replumbing my house. While he was here he listened to my frustrations and fixed my kitchen faucet, bathroom sinks and showers. I HAVE WATER PRESSURE NOW! He was very kind and professional. Absolutely the finest professionals you could ever find!!! I had two entirely separate but very serious and simultaneous plumbing leaks right before the Christmas holiday. I did not know who to call, but the companies I first tried (using alphabetical list online) told me these were serious problems and needed immediate attention, but that they simply could not see me until after the holidays. In addition, we were having very cold weather that would have made breakdown of water heater alone a miserable experience. Fortunately, these companies recommended Detemple and I am so grateful. Brian of DeTemple came out on very short notice (working overtime to help me), and basically prevented serious damage to my home and potentially miserable problems!!! He diagnosed the problems thoroughly, quickly, and perfectly. And he then did the very best repair and replacement services for me. I highly recommend this wonderful company to everyone.

The crew showed up 15 minutes ahead of schedule and though I was a little apprehensive of how young they were, or at least appeared, I was quite quickly impressed with the technical knowledge and skills Thomas and Nick delivered. They did an outstanding job of the highest quality and our new heat pump and air handling system was installed, duct modifications made, and running by 3:00 PM the next day. A truly professional job by professional employees. This company is the definition of service.

Do not believe the good reviews. Called on Christmas Eve with a broken water heater and scheduled for day after. No call until 12:37 PM that the tech called in sick- appointment was for 11-3. Call anyone else... Person answering could not care or EVEN TRY to help...

All of the storm drains were plugged on our recently purchased 1980's era home. Bob augured out a large amount of tree roots from the underground line. He and Ama sent a video camera through the line to identify where any line breaks were. They verified the exact location with a metal detector tuned to the video camera's frequency. A temporary fix to the line was completed just before our 4+ rainstorm arrived, and a permanent fix was identified. They gave us the video camera results on a memory stick for future reference. Keeping water away from the foundation will go a long way to mitigate our water in the crawl space problem. Thanks Bob and Ama.
