Terry came to bid a water softener system. He was very thorough and informative. While he was at my house I shared another issue with a leaky water main. Terry offered to fix on the spot at a fair price. I think he did really high quality work and I would recommend him for any plumbing related question or issue.

Justin was prompt, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Really enjoyed being able to chat with him through the process and understand what he was doing and how we can maintain our fireplace better.

Duane came out on a Sunday to help me with a bathroom remodel. Did a great job and was very knowledgeable.

Had a great experience with Green Box from the start with good communication to make an appointment as well as for a reschedule. Nic came in for an AC tune up and helped show us the filters in our new house. He was efficient and professional, and we highly recommend Green Box from this experience! :)

Apollo Plumbing was extremely responsive and was able to get in the day after I called, which was even sooner than I can have them! Apollo sent over Jonathan to fix my leaking toilet, who was wonderful to have and laid out my options in a way that was easily understood. Excellent service from the booking to the job. Today I had Glenn come by to fix a laundry faucet and he was early (though called and it was perfectly convenient) and wow--he was fast, funny, friendly and did an excellent job below what I expected to pay. These are journeymen, all union and I would highly recommend!

During pandemic able to get their schedule on time

I called Cornel's Plumbing to investigate a knocking noise I heard when using different fixtures. They worked diligently to identify the issue (pipe knocking). In addition, they serviced a toilet that had worn rubber washers. Each person who worked at our place was courteous and professional. Will use them for any future plumbing needs.

They came out to my loft in Gregory to fix my air conditioning and failed to do so despite paying well over $400. They required me to pay for another service call to see what they missed so I had to hire another company to look at the problem.

Was quoted a cheaper price by home depot then what the technician told me. But home depot did not know I was not code compliant, and did say that the price is subject to change upon a technician diagnostic. I am assuming the first quote is if nothing needs to be changed but the water heater itself. So although it was more than the initial quote from home depot I was not surprised as most older water heaters need repairs to other parts connected to the heater to be compliant and up to date or repaired in general. So not mad, but home depot should make that fine print (of being subject to change based on what your specific needs are,) into bigger print so peoples expectations of quotes are more aligned.

I called Einstein plumbing to fix a leak in my main water line. I found the leak myself 12 inches from the meter. I have pvc for my main line and needed a simple fix to repair it. PAID 35 dollars for and estimate. He gave me a estimate for a total line replacement of over 5000 dollars. Never did receive one for a simple repair of my main line. All they had to do was remove the bad joint( where the pvc meets copper). So instead of fixing my leak in a hour or two, they want me to replace the whole line for 5000 dollars and wait over a week without water !!! I called a different plumbing company and they said it would be an easy fix, and I won’t have to wait for over a week to get my water running. Einstein should at least give me back my 35 dollars as how they NEVER did give me an estimate for the simple repair ! Beware !

The establishment had a few large neon signs that said OPEN, it was not open during business hours at 3:30 pm on Sat, 14 July. Zero public parking, the place is a bust!
