When we had need of a plumber to come fix a leaking and rotted out pipe underneath our tub Proline Plumbing was the first plumbing company to respond and set up a time to come check it out. Our crawlspace is fairly inaccessible but that didn't stop their amazing technician from suiting up and getting in as far as they could to assess the damage and provide great pictures. They came up with a great plan and when it came time for the service to be done it was done excellently and very professionally. I highly recommend Proline.

The work we received is very high quality, the installers were brilliant and were so tidy and quick. The guidance and coordination J&M gave for the permit process was great. The team at Cornel's is friendly, outgoing, and in the business of genuinely helping people. Though I did not get plumbing services from them, their team stopped to help get my car off of a pile of bricks after somebody attempted to steal my catalytic converter. My wife and I had a waste-water pipe rupture under out kitchen sink in the middle of the night. I called Einstein the following morning and they sent out a plumber within a couple of hours.

Kenney Bush arrived right on-time and was able to assess the situation and provide us with a couple of options. Even though we ended up needing to call a Restoration company to remove some of our basement ceiling and drywall, Kenney was right by our side providing detailed information and suggestions. He was able to repair our broken pipe and even installed a new kitchen faucet and dishwasher, checking all of our water access points in the process.

Overall, I was very satisfied with Einstein Plumbing, as well as Kenney's professional attitude and dedication. I will be contacting Einstein again if I need any maintenance performed on my house in the future.
