Sutherland has special equipment that allows for greater efficiency and less impact to my property. He minimized the size of the holes in the concrete by using a machine that injects water and sucks out gravel and soil.

At no extra charge, they replaced an outside faucet, emptied out my sink trap, replaced faulty faucets aerators, repaired concrete in driveway, repaired a damaged waterline in the house, and installed extra shut off valves.

We did a conversion from oil to gas and has an AC installed. I had a very mixed experience using Central air. They guys who did the installation were really friendly and efficient, my brother in law does commercial AC and said they did a clean job. The office however seemed to be very disorganized, our job was scheduled right after the two 115 degree days so that could be part of it. They forgot to charge us for the deposit and I literally had to call them after the guys left and tell them that I still hadn’t paid. When they “finished” the job emergency shutoff switch was just left sitting out, our brother and law said that was a pretty big deal and an OSHA violation but when I called the office the receptionist was super nonchalant about it saying they’d come out in the late afternoon, when I told her it was an OSHA violation and should be handled sooner and she would talk to the guys and call me right back. I don’t hear from her and when I called back after 30-40 min she didn’t even remember that she was supposed to call them to have them come sooner. After they came and we finally had AC I scheduled our city inspection with them and they never showed up, when I call time find out what happened, she had never even scheduled the appointment. She schedules it and it doesn’t pas inspection because they didn’t put antitheft caps on like they were supposed to. All in all it was a lot more of a hassle then it needed to be, I’m unsure if we would use them again in the future

Efficient and professional office staff set up the appointment with a one-hour window for arrival. [One hour!! Most companies offer AM or PM windows at best] The service and fee was described over the phone. The plumber arrived promptly during the appointment window and fixed a broken pipe under a bathroom sink. Cost was less than the predicted bid. Great service. Competent and knowledgeable. Will use again.

When I called, Jennifer answered the phone. She was so pleasant and effective in helping me. Tyler was the tech who came out to check out the problem with my washing machine drain. He was friendly and talked me through everything that he was doing. It was a joy working with Apollo. How often can you say that about a company? I have an appointment with Ken for a check up on my gas furnace. Ken came out and found the problem, explained the problem, and fixed the problem. Ken went beyond what I expected. They have a club you can join, which I did, that will save me money on all the services they have. My furnace check-up was no cost to me! I am a senior on a fixed budget, so that will help me out a lot. I highly recommend Apollo Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning Company.

This place is Great! I Received a fast response and after a sending in photos of what I wanted repaired had a quote and a repair time right away. (As in Left a message Monday after hours got a qoute Tuesday Am at 7:30 and had the repairs done Friday afternoon AND under what I was Quoted!!! Victor who came to perform the repairs called and came 1/2 hr EARLY!! He was super nice and very professional.Work done was TOP SHELF!! Had a water heater installed and 2 faucets .Top Quality Don't even consider anyone else just Call These guys.

Our water heater quit a few days after my husband had surgery so hot water was a necessity. I called late on a Tuesday afternoon, got a service appointment on Thursday. They were on time and were able to install a new unit that day. They saved the day!

First, the receptionist was 100% upfront about the hourly rate and any incremental costs. They were able to book us first thing in the morning. Nick showed up at 7:55AM for our 8:00AM appointment. He was professional, wore a mask, and offered to wear shoe covers as well. He was efficient and didn't waste time and explained everything he was doing as he proceeded. He cleaned up before he left. At my house for 30 minutes and charged almost $480.00 this is not a company I would recommend to anyone!
