All of your plumbers and techs are professional and really nice people! Your prices are higher than others but I know the work is done well. Tyler was very good at detecting the problem and fixing it.

Portland Star Plumbing was easy to work with, prompt, and very professional. They fixed a long-standing problem (incorrectly plumbed utility sink). Both service technicians observed COVID guidelines and cleaned up after themselves. We we’re very pleased, and will be hiring them to do a big job—all the plumbing for a new, above-garage apartment—this spring!

Terry's quality of work sets the bar. He's my go-to guy for emergencies and new work that needs to be done. I want it done right, and I don't worry about that with him.

We love working with the folks at Bruner and have done so for many years (exclusively). This is a top notch company with top notch people who do top notch work. They are just a bunch of really good, hardworking people who are down to earth, honest and reliable. It is easy to see why they stay so busy (be patient if you have to wait a bit, it is well worth it)!

My neighbors called this company but for some reason they're blocking my driveway and when I came out to ask the driver to move the car he told me he'd be leaving in a few minutes anyway and then just walked away and disappeared. I said I needed to be able to get out of my driveway soon and I am not convinced that that matters to anyone. Furthermore I don't even see the necessity for blocking my driveway.

A couple nights ago, my bathroom sink started flooding and I had to called Best Portland Plumbers. They were at my house in surprisingly short order & effectively fixed the flood. Will use again as needed in the future!

Green Box was quick to respond and provided a timely estimate and repair to an electrical issue we had.

Great experience with Rowe Plumbing. They just left. They fixed the problem, set up a fan to dry the location, sprayed to prevent mold. They did a great job, all in under an hour. Highly recommended. We'll call them again if we ever help with plumbing.

Edit 2021: The leak that we'd had in 2020 either reappeared or a similar leak began. They were helpful in getting someone out to the house. Once their person arrived, they quoted a rate that was more than twice as expensive as the prior year ($500 - $800, and for which they would provide no warranty) which was expensive enough that I decided I'd figure out how to fix it instead. It took a trip to Home Depot and a quick review of YouTube but for less than $30 I was able to fix the problem in less than 15 minutes, and I'm a rank amateur. I also fixed it with a metal mesh plated replacement with a 200 PSI rating unlikely to ever break again. If I could do it in less than 15 minutes (it took two snips to get the bad hose out, then a new flexible footlong metal mesh covered piece of hose was placed where the bad hose had been using self-connecting Sharkbite connectors on either end), why couldn't a pro have done that in under 5 minutes for under $200? For them to have quoted $500 for a five minute job was insulting. As a result, we're not planning on inviting them back in the event any additional plumbing work is required. Any good will from 2020 is now just gone.

Jeremy to the rescue! Our water heater broke and flooded our basement. Once the water was mopped up, we asked our friends if they knew a good plumber and they said Jeremy is the one call. And they were right. Jeremy answered our call immediately, provided a fair quote, and came sooner than anticipated due to finishing another job early. He is friendly and personable, and got us back up and running quickly. Along the way, he provided referrals that we needed and fixed some other issues that we hadn't known about. He alerted us to potential problem areas to watch for. We highly recommend Jeremy.

Brandon has done several jobs for me at this point, including installing faucets and a shower, installing a new garbage disposal, and most recently replacing all my old galvanized pipes—including the supply line—with a PEX system. He is always on time, incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and communicative, affordable and fair, and damn cheerful. As long as he’s in the business, he’ll be my go to plumber. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

We are new homeowners who unfortunately inherited a surprise mess of plumbing issues that weren’t discovered during inspection. Our real estate agent strongly recommended we use Jam Plumbing and after employing their services I can clearly see why. They quickly came by to diagnose the issues and were able to begin work within a few days. We were even able to get a replacement water heater the next day when ours suddenly died the night before they were scheduled to come to fix another issues. Everyone was very professional, friendly and most importantly they fixed all the issues we had with our plumbing in the basement very quickly. I hope to not have any plumbing issues for a long while but if I do, I absolutely know to call Jam Plumbing for help. They do great work, everyone is friendly and their prices are fair.

First time a plumber came out, he said I needed additional services. Second time, the plumber said he needed additional help and I needed additional services that would take two people all day.
Third time, they did indeed take all day, with one plumber being hours late.
After that, I had a strange smell coming from my crawlspace. I called in, and the person who answered said that something had probably died down there and that I should check my crawlspace.
I called a different plumbing company, whose rep found that 4-5 rubber gloves had been forcibly inserted into my pipes by Happy's plumbers.
I've emailed Happy's twice, and my warranty company has called them once with no response. Figured I should inform the public, since I've given them since October to respond.

Getting the right pricing with Fast Water heater was frustrating. I was quoted three different rates and the last bid was the highest. Tim the scheduling coordinator said that the manager applied the discount and the price was going to be reduced after original bid, however when second installer Shawn came he raised the total price. I tried contacting the manager and never received a response. Very unprofessional staff. Not recommended!

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
