My main sewer line backed up, and I called 3 Mountains Plumbing based on reviews. They were absolutely awesome! They were prompt, professional but extremely friendly and helpful. I ended up needing to get the main sewer line replaced, and they arranged everything - from financing through the final inspection at the end of the project. It was a pretty stressful time for me, but they were so helpful explaining the project, arranging financing, answering my many questions, and working around my work schedule. I can't say enough about their stellar customer service. Joshua, Huston, Andrea and Jason all provided probably the best customer service I think I've ever experienced. When the project was done, Huston even stopped by to go over the project and make sure everything was okay. I will definitely use this company again, and highly recommend them. Thank you 3 Mountains, for the excellent job done!

I used Proline for a new water heater installation. Jon the tech did a fantastic job and was very timely. The admins in the office were also very responsive and were a pleasure to work with.

I had David from River City out on my jobsite today with a vac truck to help us locate a leaking water main. He was super professional, timely, clean, and a diligent worker. He got everything opened we needed opened, and even washed the dirt off the side of our truck before he was done. It customer service was solid. They sure aren’t cheap, but it was well worth it in area cover with large roots and utilities.

Had anytime plumbing come out to hydro jet my sewer line after a new home purchase. Service was great and my tech Zach was very professional. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

Mario was awesome. We were having gutters put in and needed an outside drain cap cut off in a hurry for a new downspout. We could not find a soul to do that. This was a dinky job but he did it anyway and quickly. He also gave us advice that saved us a huge headache and a ton of money had we listened to another company. Plus, he was just so pleasant and professional. We would hire him for any larger job in a heartbeat. Thanks Mario simply for being blunt and honest!

We had Diligent out twice and both times Vitaliy was on time (came early), quick, very professional and the best service I’ve received from a plumbing company. Totally impressed!!! He knows what he’s doing, very up front about price and gives a guarantee to his work. I don’t usually leave reviews but I really felt this was worth the hard work he put in. Both times.. it was quick and done correctly. This will be the only plumbing co. I would hire going forward and I really felt noting the great professional work he did at a very reasonable price. Plus… he has a great attitude and was just a overall good person.

I can't say enough great things about Burfitt Plumbing! I had multiple plumbing issues that I had been putting off - nervous about what the cost would be. One of the issues was my water heater, not generating enough hot water anymore. My neighbor had the same issue around the same time, and his plumber replaced the whole water heater. Burfitt was able to just replace the bottom heating unit - saving me hundreds of dollars. The technician also took care of a leaky pipe that was attached to the garbage disposal and my broken bathroom drain plug. All this taken care of quickly, professionally and inexpensively and on a Saturday to boot! I wish I would have called sooner!
