Outstanding service. Let's face it a plumber is expensive. So I can complain about the cost but that won't matter. Initially I asked to have my main shutoff gate valve replaced with both a gate valve and 1/4 turn and my refrigerator shutoff replaced. Peter gave me three options. He installed the double valve at the main shutoff and then after talking about the refrigerator shutoff and telling him the stem was where the water was leaking he suggested we attempt tightening the stem. And that was all that was needed, saving me big money on that shutoff. Cleaned up and left the area as good as he found it. Scheduling was also very easy and promptly returned all my phone calls. Would use them again.

Highly recommend Erik and Portland Star Plumbing. So easy to work with and looking forward to using them on an upcoming larger project. Also happy to finally have a great plumber to recommend to others.

I've hired these guys twice now, and they're just great. Not only are they professional and fix the problem, but from the first call in to the office, to job done, they've acted like I was the most important job they had going. They're good, they're very pleasant, they clean up after themselves really well and even have company booties they wear in your house, and they'll fix quick, miscellaneous, plumbing issues elsewhere, leaving your home in perfect plumbing order. Hire them.

The person who answers your call is friendly too.
But fees are too high in my opinion. And they charge just to come check something out. Even if they were the ones who did the service a couple weeks before. You get a year workmanship warranty from them. But if you have any questions or concerns. They'll charge you to come take a look. And you will only not be charged IF they found a problem that they can't say isn't from them.
I don't agree with how they deal with their business. Of course it's nice for them as a company but you feel cheated out of your money as a customer.
Also unfortunately you have to be available in a 4 hour window. You can't schedule a time any closer, but you can call like an hour before your scheduled 4 hour window and see when they will arrive approximately.

Id only recommend them if you have an emergency and there isn't any other services available. I believe they are available 24 hrs a day for emergencies. Their prices are only worth it if it is an emergency imo.

I had a stubborn, Drano-resistant, home snake-resistant, ego bruising kitchen sink clog that was working my last nerve. The first place I called was Anytime Plumbing -because they're listed as a woman owned business - but lucked out and got the best plumbing company in PDX. They had a same day appointment available! Zack was here on time and of course he took care of the problem in about 20 minutes. Everything from the initial phone call to paying the bill was easy. I will recommend Anytime Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Service to anyone who will listen.

Responsive, friendly, and communicative. Everything was explained to us very clearly. Prices were very fair. The water pressure in our house is right where we want it now.

Mario provided sensible information fast, even on weekends. He rediagnosed a problem and provided a much more through and rational repair recommendaiton than the other service provider that I contacted, and Mario's price was about 24% of the other provider's bid. I hope to never need him again, but if I do, he will be my first call.

It was time to replace my water heater, which was located in a small cubby hole under a kitchen counter - very difficult to get into. I had one plumber over who tried to tell me I would need to remodel my bathroom to get the old tank out. Another plumber pretty much laughed in my face and said good luck with that. It was so discouraging.
When Pipeline Plumbing took a look, the gentleman was unphased by the location, and said yeah we can do this. They were scheduling about a month out, but they were worth the wait. The cost of the install was very fair.
On the day of, the same guy and another guy from Pipeline arrived earlier than scheduled. After many curse words, and I don't know how we're gonna do this overheard, and lots of shimmying, they got the old tank out! They put in a new one in a better spot so it can be accessed more easily.
The guys were friendly, answered all my questions, and kindly cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Pipeline and will definitely contact them for plumbing needs in the future.

Gary did a wonderful job of replacing my leaking garbage disposal the day before Thanksgiving. He was quick to respond to my phone call, arrived on time, got the job done quickly, and charges reasonable rates. Plus, he's a super nice guy! I'll call him again next time I need a plumber.
