3 Mountains Plumbing was out at my new house this week repairing a broken sewer line and root intrusion. Ian came out on Monday to take a look and scope my sewer. When their bid came back to have the work done, it was not only very competitive, but it has a 3 year warranty on their work, which neither of the other two companies that quoted me offered. I really liked that about 3 Mountains, that they'd stand behind their work!On Wednesday 12/16/2020, Edgar, Francisco, and Josh came out. They told me they'd try to preserve my Agave bush and my fence, but could make no promises. Of course it was pouring rain all day, but that didn't stop the excavation team from doing a fantastic job. The guys made sure to save my Agave bush and my fence, as well as put back some large rocks lining the edge of the grass. Absolutely pleased with the service we received!We also had a journeyman plumber come out, Chris, on Monday as well. We're going to have 3 Mountains repair our cast iron waste stack that was improperly plugged up after a blockage, as well as replace our ancient water heater. Will update after I get those services done as well.

When our water heater started leaking, I called Sutherland plumbing as they had done excellent work for us in the past. They responded right away and we had a new water heater within two days. The work was excellent and we received a returning customer discount. I highly recommend them.

Scheduling:
The schedule window they force you to wait is 4 hours and the plumber never contacts me before he comes.

Pricing:
Requested a plumber to come to install a pressure release pipe to my water heater which is $69 for the on-site fee and $125 for the material and installation fee. After the guy came out, looked for 3 mins, and told me the pipe needed to go outside of the house (even though I told him what I need and want), afterward, I received a bill for a $69 on-site fee, $75 diagnostic fee (for 3 mins that he looks), and $289 installation + material fee.

Conclusion:
Expect to wait at least 3+ hours for someone to show up without notice and expect you will be paying at least twice much when you receive your bill no matter what your quote is

They came the same day. We had an issue that needed immediate attention. Could not get anybody to come. The serviceman was very nice and knowledgeable about pumping out the system. Also the drain was plugged up. He also got it unplugged for me. Did a great job.

We called Anytime for a few of our properties in the past and they are always fast and responsive plus they respond to work orders via email. Special thanks to Ricky for his quick service at our Fernhill complex.

Avoid this outfit at all costs. They made a mistake on some of the finish work at my house and tried to charge me for the extra time. When I disputed it and hadn't issued payment for ONE DAY, they showed up at my house and turned off the water while I wasn't there! Horrid company and super rude. They wouldn't even put boots on or lay down tarps or anything while they worked in my home. That should've been my first indicator to not use them. Too late now. Again, super unprofessional and overall rude. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Friendly. Repaired my sewer line quickly and professionally. Smitty has a lot of experience. Believe he spent many years with Pro Drain(also has provided me good service) before going it on his own.

I had an urgent plumbing issue that was causing all of my plumbing to back up throughout my home. I called Pipeline and they were able to send their drain tech Brent, out right away! He was able to hydro-jet the line and got us back into working order within a couple hours of our initial call. He was friendly and knowledgeable, I will definitely be calling them for all of our plumbing needs!

Very efficient in removing our old water heater and installing a new 50 gallon tank. Gary was very easy to work with and he did a great job! Would recommend his services to any family or friends.

Bought a water heater from them in 2017 and they installed a propane water heater which my natural gas does nit convert to. I called them and the lady was rude and extremely unprofessional, she told me that since they are closing their doors this week and going out do business it doesn't matter. Talked to a very reputable plumbing company Sky Heating, AC, Plumbing and Electrical and they said that is absolutely wrong and why my unit is leaking. Do not work with this company and if you need a plumbing company go to them because unlike Western Plumbing they know what they are doing, they are professional and they actually care about people and the work they do. I will be filing a complaint with the CCB as well as the Attorney General. The least they could do is prorate the cost so we can put it towards a new one since they screwed up.
