Wow, I am very impressed with this company. Greg was very thorough with his job and quoted me to repipe my galvanized pipes with PEX. His bid was a fraction of 2 other competitors, I was able to get on the schedule quickly and now I have clean water and adequate pressure.

He was awesome. Called because my upstairs bathroom shower drain pipe broke. None of the other companies I called could come out for at least a week. He fit us in his schedule the next day. Showed up when he said he would and replaced the broken part. Will definitely use this company again.

Efficient and professional office staff set up the appointment with a one-hour window for arrival. [One hour!! Most companies offer AM or PM windows at best] The service and fee was described over the phone. The plumber arrived promptly during the appointment window and fixed a broken pipe under a bathroom sink. Cost was less than the predicted bid. Great service. Competent and knowledgeable. Will use again.

Had work in Oct 2017. They did a scope and also did half our kitchen bath and laundry room drain lines. They were quick, efficient and fair pricing. Also easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them.

I've had such a great experience with Western Plumbing! The lady on the phone was super nice and extremely helpful! Jason and the other guy who came out we're both super nice and respectful with our home. They worked quick and efficient so no time was wasted. I was worried when I read reviews but had no choice since they are who our Home Warranty service chose. But Zach (the first guy to come out to check out the problem) was great, professional and knowledgeable, answered all our questions clearly. And then the two guys who came out to do the installation were great as well. We were relieved and pleased.

Paul sent Benjamin out to stop my kitchen sink faucet from leaking. He determined it needed to be rebuilt and it took about 2 hours of labor including him going to the store.

So, now instead of leaking, the handle pops off and a geyser of water shoots to my ceiling. Benjamin came out one more time and worked on it, and the same day it popped off again. Now he tells me we need to start from square one and install a whole new faucet. The thing I think is curious is that my faucet wasn't actually broken before, it was just leaking.

So, Paul's Plumbing broke my faucet and charged me about $200 for it. Great.
