Austin was very thorough in assessing our situation and provided a completed quote within a few minutes. He walked us through all the steps and recommendations. His presentation and professionalism sold us from the start. Alas, when Vinnie’s team showed up, we were even more impressed. Vinnie showed amazing leadership skills and succinct communication with his team. They completed the job keeping us in the loop and ensuring they were installing items to our requests. Love these guys! Should have done the repipe years ago. I finally had it done after my neighbors hired them and referred me. I've been in my house a dozen years, and the water pressure/volume was always low. I couldn't use the bethtub, because the the volume was so low that the water was cold before it was 1/2 full. Shower was just a trickle. No problems now. Curious to see my next water bill, since I have so much more volume coming through now. 😉

Went through Repipe Specialists for the job, and PEX Plumbing did the work. Everyone was professional and friendly: estimator, repipe plumbers and drywall repair guy. They have a great relationship with the city inspectors, which speaks well of their work and reputation. The drywall repair was excellent; and, after painting, you can't even tell where the repairs are.

Water volume/pressure is great now. Had them add a shower to my hall bathroom and a utility tub in the garage and am very happy with both. Workers showed up on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up when finished. Gave me the grand tour when finished and explained the new bathtub and shower valves and the new shut-off valves and winterization process for two of my outdoor hose bibs (those that, because of their location, weren't frost free.)

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

He was awesome. Called because my upstairs bathroom shower drain pipe broke. None of the other companies I called could come out for at least a week. He fit us in his schedule the next day. Showed up when he said he would and replaced the broken part. Will definitely use this company again.

Green Box Mechanical recently installed an EV charger for me. They were very responsive, scheduling the bid a few days out and then scheduling the job the following week. Bid was competitive, and Jeremy the electrician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Office was very responsive as well for scheduling, etc. Great experience all around.

Portland Mechanical sent Matt who was on the the spot in 30 minutes even though it was in the evening and stayed with it till he got our problem fixed. The/He saved the day!!
