At 7:00 p.m. when the pipe broke under the house on a Saturday nothing is going right. I called Proline and the dispatcher was very professional in taking my info, when Tyrone showed up he was polite and checked out how bad I screwed things up. He told me how much it was going to cost and got right to work. Unfortunately there was no way to get to the break, so he had to open up the floor. He only cut what he needed to. Very happy with the service and I will call Proline again if I need anything else done with the plumbing.

Precision Plumbing fixed our leaking main quickly, effectively, and at a very reasonable cost, the same day that we called him. Another plumbing company gave us an estimate that was as much as a small used car!

I had a water heater problem. He came out and looked at the problem, went over all my options, and what impressed me the most, he didn't press for the most expensive repair, nor did he make promises he couldn't keep. That's the sign of someone who is highly ethical. We ended up having the water heater replaced. They were on time, they completed the project in 1/2 the time they said they would. They also cut no corners. They used the best and most reliable parts, where I had suboptimal parts previously.

I highly recommend this company, and I will definitely be using them again.

Ken was the very best plumber that we have ever encountered. He was recommended by our good neighbor, and sure enough he was not only a really pleasant gentleman but also a highly knowledgeable plumber with reasonable fee (surely less than I expected based on our prior experience). I would definitely go back to him when we have any plumbing issue.

We had a laundry list of plumbing issues: new kitchen faucet, toilet replacement, three other leaking toilets each with a different issue, bathroom sink pop-up drain stops that needed fixing, and then a broken connection under the kitchen sink. We called in the midst of an ice storm so Meticulous couldn't fit us in for several weeks due to the emergencies, but they communicated regularly, as they waited for a cancellation. Once we had an appointment, Joe arrived right on time. He looked at each task, drew up a bid (it was not cheap, but it was fair), and then set to work. He clearly knew his stuff, explained each problem, found a couple of complications, but worked through them. In addressing one of the unexpected problems (a broken valve preventing us from turning the water to the toilet off) he went under the garage and found a mysterious leak and he helped identify the source (no charge). I can't say enough about how pleased I am. It all looks and works great. From the the woman managing the schedule to Joe doing the work, they were first rate. I hadn't used them before, but would only use them in the future.

I have had terrible water pressure since I bought my house 5 years ago. It took forever for the water to run warm anywhere-we just got used to that.
