I am very impressed by the staff. Grace took my call and was very professional and nice. She scheduled our appointment for the very next day. Aidan was at a he house on time and took care of our problem very quickly and faster than I thought it would. Rates are very fair and the customer service is stellar. I guarantee they will be my go-to plumbing company. I also love that this is a local company and that my money stays in our local economy.

Terry Massey installed an extensive array of plumbing in our new church building a few years ago. The building is large with multiple bathrooms, kitchen and nursery facilities for young children. Additionally, we did a major redo of many of the water supplies and waste drainage throughout our several acre property, some of which were quite complicated. His work was on time, excellent and has served us well. His demeanor, congeniality and positive attitude made it a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend his plumbing company for your needs.

The service from Bruner was great. Not only did they return my call in the same day, they were able to schedule someone to be onsite quite quickly. Justin was efficient & thorough. While I hope I won't need to, Bruner Plumbing will be my first call should I need plumbing services again.

I got a couple bids to fix my leaking shower. Vitaliy came and diagnosed the problem accurately. The other company tried to tell me it was a very expensive repair, we are talking replace whole shower surround
and Vitaliy diagnosed it was the drain pipe. Diligent Plumbing is very professional, good price, always responded promptly and answered my many questions.

Left a voicemail minutes before their closing hours and Steve texted me back within 10 minutes about our clogged kitchen sink. Was able to get on the schedule for 9AM the next morning. Steve was very professional and was able to get our sink draining and able to be used quickly. He also offered tips on how to make sure we wouldn't have another clog in the future. Price was very reasonable and we were happy we went with a local company. Would definitely recommend to someone else. You won't go wrong calling AAA Drain Cleaning.

I called up Frontier Plumbing and Drain for a straight forward alcove tub install for my bathroom renovation projects. What turned into a single day job, quickly became week long project. Not because of Frontiers work, but the shoddy job previous home owners and builders did.

Jeff was great. Was up front with the costs and extra time it would take. He did what he said he would do got under budget as well. I can't but help recommend Frontier Plumbing and Drain enough to everyone I talk with.

We couldn’t be happier with how everything went with Mike and Clark County Plumbing and Drain. We were in the midst of selling our house, and a sewer scope in the buyer’s inspection revealed a problem with the line.

We called Mike at about 9:00 a.m. on a Thursday, and he was there an hour later to give us an estimate. He did a video scope of the line, then presented us with two options. He was clear on the benefits of each, and when we made our decision, he told us he could have it done the next day.

He and another guy, Dante, showed up at 8:00 a.m. on Friday and got to work. By 1:00 p.m., we had paid the bill. And by about 3:00 p.m., they were gone. Though they had to dig a very big trench, they filled it in and smoothed out the yard, so that it didn’t really look like there had been any digging. A big section of the yard is just dirt now, but Mike also spread grass seed so that the yard can come back to life.

As much as it sucked to spend the money necessary to do the job, it was great to work with Mike and Dante. They were both friendly, and Mike was thorough, communicative, and did a quick but effective job. We now know who will be our first call, should we run into any plumbing issues at our new home.

Well i’d say they got the best plumbing services . Their working skills is unbelievable .

This guy is amazing. I tried to replace my bathtub spout and botched it. Gave Bob a call and he worked me in to his busy schedule. Same day repair!!! Excellent price. Had a good conversation with him. Extremely professional, the job was done quickly. I would definitely recommend him. Thank you!!

I have never experienced such a horrible person when contacting this company. He was rude and condescending and literally told me how dare I reach out to him on a holiday weekend. If you cannot deal with customers, regardless of the date, find a receptionist who knows how to speak to people with respect and dignity or maybe wait till your precious holiday weekend is over to return a phone call. I will not use this company again strictly based on how I was spoken to. I don't know who you are to the company but you should learn to speak to people like an adult.

Update: Well, since I cannot figure out how to delete a Google Review, I'll just update this one and revise the 1-star star rating I had previously given. I received an email from this company's answering service, saying this was their fault. They had some technical difficulties that day and didn't realize that Paul's actually did take emergency calls. So the information I was given was incorrect. I'll revise my rating, I suppose. But Paul's should consider their relationship with that company. As a business owner, I certainly wouldn't want an answering service who I entrusted to care for my clients giving them incorrect information that would leave them upset and conflicts with what my website says. But it sounds like this company is pretty contrite. So hopefully they will not leave someone else hanging next time during an emergency.

The emergency service they list on their website is a lie. Called on Saturday middle of the day for service and just got an answering service that told me they're closed until Monday. :(

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
