Always fast, courteous service!

After being a homeowner for over 27 years and dealing with a lot of different plumbing companies I find that three mountains Plumbing is the best company that I've ever dealt with. They are very courteous professional and prompt. This company is now on my speed dial and will be the only company that I'll call.

We utilized this company for a real estate transaction and they were able to scope out the sewers. However, when we asked them to also scope the rain drains we did not hear anything for several days. When we asked for a report they sent us a blurry hand drawn photo. After repeated requests for a report I finally called the office manager Cindi. Cindi did not know how to upload videos via e-mail nor had she checked any of her recent company e-mails. At this point David decided to very rudely respond back to myself and our realtor. Take your business elsewhere.

They charged me exactly what they said they would and had phenomenal customer service. I’d highly recommend them if you’re in the market for septic system services. You definitely won’t be disappointed.

I was in a bind with a plumbing issue that had been previously misdiagnosed. The new plumbing service I called sent over Ricky who quickly identified and fixed the problem. He was all business and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I was impressed with his expertise and the prompt resolution of my issue. Grew up wrestling Terry Massey’s Son at the age of 10 and ended up becoming brothers along the way, Not only is Terry Massey one of the most hard working dedicated fathers but he is an amazing teacher. He took me under his wing and had me working under crawl spaces doing repipe work for a short time, Taught me a lot of things I still use to this day. Terry Massey holds true to his values and has only earned a honest dollar his entire life. I’ve never heard profanity out of his mouth nor words of discouragement. Mario provided sensible information fast, even on weekends. He rediagnosed a problem and provided a much more through and rational repair recommendaiton than the other service provider that I contacted, and Mario's price was about 24% of the other provider's bid. I hope to never need him again, but if I do, he will be my first call.

I have used Bruner both for my home and for our HOA private street. We have experienced great service, fast, and economical compared to other bids. Out last job was a complicated water leak in the street and Bruner's coordination with the city was exemplary. I like doing business with this family. Ward and his son are great, as are the other employees I have worked with.

We contacted Steve in the morning and he came at 1:00 pm. He was friendly, sincere, and knowledgeable. He fixed our kitchen drain and gave me tips on what not to do to prevent clogging in the future. He told me up front the flate rate he would charge. I appreciate his honesty. I am glad my friend recommended him to us. We are very satisfied with his work.

I called up Frontier Plumbing and Drain for a straight forward alcove tub install for my bathroom renovation projects. What turned into a single day job, quickly became week long project. Not because of Frontiers work, but the shoddy job previous home owners and builders did.

Amazing service!

Both times I have called needing assistance with plumbing they have a plumber there the next morning. Knowledgeable plumbers who tell you what needs to be done and done right. Expect to pay some money though, plumbing is not cheap!
