We have called on 3 Mountains for several different plumbing issues and have been consistently happy with their work. This last job was a doozy: a spot repair break in our sewer line and then replacement “burst” of the line five feet from the house all the way to the street. It was a huge project, disruptive by its nature, but also fascinating. Tim, the lead on the project, was happy to answer all my nerdy questions, sharing history and interesting side info, and he didn’t mind my taking photos along the way.We did have a misunderstanding this time around over the final cost of the project. Everett and Dane had come out to prepare the estimates and both were great. Later when the discrepancy came up, I was able to speak with Everett, and he remembered that the price we talked about in a speaker phone conversation had been different than what we were later charged. To 3 Mountain’s great credit, they honored our understanding of the lower price—even when it was shown it wasn’t the one in writing. They also responded quickly to every request or question we had either by email or phone.

We had sewer drainage issues after we had a new roof put on.... David came, looked, unblocked/fixed it in 20 minutes. NO CHARGE!! I was fully prepared to send the bill to the roofers for dropping shingles in the exhaust pipe. This was beyond professional, very generous of you!!

In August of 2018 I purchased a townhome in Molalla, Oregon. During the home inspection, a belly was identified in the sewer line, which allowed for 20+ feet of standing water and grease to remain in the pipe. The sellers agreed to have the sewer repaired prior to closing on the sale of the home. The sellers, unknowingly to me, hired River City Environmental (RCE) to complete the sewer repair and entered into contract with them. It was later explained to me the sellers did not have liquid cash on hand to pay for the work, so an agreement was made between them and RCE to pay for the job with the proceeds of the home post-closing. Unfortunately, the sellers never paid RCE for the work they had done.
For the past three years I have received periodic demand notices from RCE for payment owed to them by the sellers they went into contract with. After receiving each demand letter, either myself or my realtor reached out to RCE to explain the situation, and how I did not order the work, did not sign any contract for the work, and that I purchased the house after the work had been completed. Each time RCE’s response has been they were just trying to make waves in hopes the sellers would do the right thing and pay their outstanding bill. RCE representatives have even suggested to me that I contact the sellers, who are complete strangers to me, and put pressure on them myself. The representative also told me they found I was liable to pay the outstanding bill because I, “Benefited from the work that was done.” Once again, I did not order the work to be done by RCE, did not know who the sellers hired to do the work, and did not sign any contract with RCE to have the work done. Everything was ordered by the sellers as a condition of the sale.
I no longer own the home in Molalla, and have since moved. RCE has tracked myself and my family to our new residence to issue the latest demand notice. They are stalking me despite knowing I am not the party they went into contact with.
As of today (6/14/2023) I have been served with paperwork from the Small Claims Department of Multnomah County, Oregon. RCE has listed the sellers, their realtor, my realtor, and myself as defendants in a $10,512 lawsuit. RCE is intentionally choosing to ignore the facts of who they entered the contract with and are now attempting to drag uninvolved parties through the court system. Their behavior is unethical and unbecoming of a professional business.

We always request Roger, he's highly efficient, professional and easy to work with and our team is relieved whenever he shows up. After a harsh winter serge, our kitchen sink, dishwasher and adjoining building's toilet and sink stopped working all at once. I called on a Monday morning and was told they were busy but they'd do what they could to fit us in, but it would be at most a week away. It turned out it took only two days. Terry and his son came out and fixed it. When we experienced additional problems overnight, he came first thing the next day and fixed it, no charge!

I can't sing their praises enough to let all know how good they are!

The technician, Robert, was very proficient in correcting my problem and the price was very fair, all things considered!

I called up Frontier Plumbing and Drain for a straight forward alcove tub install for my bathroom renovation projects. What turned into a single day job, quickly became week long project. Not because of Frontiers work, but the shoddy job previous home owners and builders did.

Jeff was great. Was up front with the costs and extra time it would take. He did what he said he would do got under budget as well. I can't but help recommend Frontier Plumbing and Drain enough to everyone I talk with.

We had a leak in our main water line. It turned into a massive job because the leak detection company had difficulty locating the leak. Sarkinen plumbing had to do a great deal of work for me over a number of weeks. Derek and Daniel were both co-leading the job. Both are extremely professional, genuine and responsive. I was in a pretty desperate situation, and was afraid that they would try to take advantage of me. They didn't at all. They were honest, direct, and clear with their communication, and very reasonable and fair with their charges. I HIGHLY recommend Sarkinen. I feel strongly you can trust them to be reasonable, and deliver responsive, high quality work that they'll stand behind.

Really unhappy with the service I received from them. And they are completely overpriced.
