Gary was a life saver! Our water main pipe broke late last night and gushed for several hours before our neighbor alerted us. Thankfully my husband was able to figure out how to shut off the water from the meter but it wasn't easy (he didn't have the key) and so it took 45 minutes.

Gary was able to come over mid-morning after hubby got up at the crack of dawn to dig a hole where he suspected the broken pipe was. GARY FIXED THE BROKEN 2 PIPE AND CHARGED US a very fair hourly rate (even on a Sunday).

We will definitely call him again if we have plumbing problems. We live in Forest Heights and he is less than 10 minutes away.

I had a few plumbing problems and I called All Pro Plumbing to see if they could help me. Everyone I talked to on the phone was wonderful and they got someone out to see me the next day. The day of the appointment, Art (the plumber) called me about a half hour before the appointment just to let me know he was on his way. He was right on time, took great care in everything he did, and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. I could not be happier with the service they provided. After my experience this morning it's no wonder this company has 1.7 stars. If I had a choice and wasn't going through a home warranty service I would've never used them. The man showed up 45 min late. Then went into the bathroom off the kitchen, was in there for 2 min to fix the toilet and said I need to use the bathroom I'm dancing around in here. Annoyed but fine if its #1. OHHH it wasn't #1, he blew it out. He worked HARD for #2 and the whole family heard it and smelled it as it was 12 feet away from my kids eating their breakfast. In about 10 hours, after it airs out, I'll go in with my hazmat suit to clean the toilet. Super unprofessional!

I just had a very poor interaction with the owner, not the crew of this company. My entire house is being remodeled after buying it and finding out that the flip company did poor work and therefore all the plumbing and a large majority of the house needs to be replaced or fixed. Very upsetting ordeal. I currently only have a bathroom sink and toilets working. A crew came out and quoted us and the employee that came out was greatly t! Very knowledgeable and understanding to our situation. Their quote came back the highest out of four we got in the area. But, we still decided to call them back and see when they could start the job given his employees knowledge and character. The owner told me the majority of his crew was sick and they could not start the job for 2 weeks, but would call me back if he thought his crew could start sooner so we could finalize things. After calling several other companies to see when they could start, one company (Beaverton Plumbing) could start the soonest and was the most inexpensive and their staff scheduling us were very nice and accommodating. Paul called me back today 6 days later, and asked when I could sign his proposal. I simply told him since all our plumbing has been out for some time we had to hire a company that could start sooner. This instantly enraged him and he began to berate me about how much I had inconvenienced him and including telling me off about not hiring them. I was shocked and apologized and told him the situation to which he interrupted me and implied me my apology was useless.
Right now I am glad I did not choose this company just because the owners attitude and I am glad they never started work. Being a small business owner myself I would never talk to a customer that way and I too have to make lots of estimates and often I invest more work then I would like just to get turned down or have a customer choose someone else over me, but I would never yell or demean a customer for doing this and vent my frustrations on them. This is apart of the business and given that I did not hear back for over 5 days, have an immense amount of stress and work on my house, and the owner could not start sooner so I can eat, shower, and live in my new house, I cannot wrap my head around his behavior and will not be recommending this company given the fact that if he had not acted this way I would have used them in the future and happily recommended his employees. Owner seems to have some anger issues that should not be passed on to people looking to hire him and with the ability to review him.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
