Taylor, Jose and other members of their team did an excellent job on our sewer repair and clean out. I would recommend them.

Portland Star Plumbing was easy to work with, prompt, and very professional. They fixed a long-standing problem (incorrectly plumbed utility sink). Both service technicians observed COVID guidelines and cleaned up after themselves. We we’re very pleased, and will be hiring them to do a big job—all the plumbing for a new, above-garage apartment—this spring!

One of my roofers accidentally broke an exhaust vent pipe from the water heater and couldn’t fix it, it was noticed at the end of a long hot day and we all wanted to go home, after getting put on hold and no call backs from multiple plumbing company’s and expecting to be there until midnight, Tony came within 15 minutes due to location being nearby and had the customer as well as I satisfied within another 15 minutes. Give that guy Tony a raise, it was a pleasure to have him fix my problem.

Late Saturday evening I was alerted by my neighbor that my front yard was leaking. After calling several different plumbers, Home Advisor got me in touch with Rob from PDX Sewer Solutions.

Rob was able to help calm me down, use his experience to walk me through my next steps, and showed up at my house within the hour even though he was coming from a couple towns away. Rob and Ty were quickly able to turn off my water line to prevent further damage to my property and were back first thing Sunday morning to find the root cause.

The crew was prompt, professional, and extremely quick with their repairs. Even though they dug a hole almost 5 feet deep, you would never be able to tell with how clean and neat everything was put back together. These guys saved my day and my home; I cannot recommend them enough!

Rob does this work because he genuinely enjoys it. His knowledge, experience, and care for the job/ customer is truly above and beyond. As a first-time homeowner and this being my first sewer line break, I am blessed to have been put in contact with Rob. Mario was awesome. We were having gutters put in and needed an outside drain cap cut off in a hurry for a new downspout. We could not find a soul to do that. This was a dinky job but he did it anyway and quickly. He also gave us advice that saved us a huge headache and a ton of money had we listened to another company. Plus, he was just so pleasant and professional. We would hire him for any larger job in a heartbeat. Thanks Mario simply for being blunt and honest!

Our water heater went out and started leaking in attic. We contacted our Us warranty company. The plumber was able to work with us on his schedule the same day. He explained the problems. He informed the options that might be good. Great 👍👍

Great service great prices and great Construction Services

I called Steve about 9:30 am Monday morning. He was at my house by 10:15 am, had my drain unclogged and no longer gushing water out of a pipe by 11 am. He was extremely knowledgeable and quick! I was expecting a huge bill but the cost was reasonable as well. I hope I don't need a plumber again for a long time but if I do, I know who I will be calling.

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

Chris did an amazing job at my house. Needed three new hose bibs and he came out, took a look, told me what he would and did just that. No well you need this or that, just straight forward. Also he took me through each step he did, waited w/ while i tested everything, and was just very professional. Every company we have used from Home Services Network has been wonderful, and CCP was just as exceptional. Thank you all for honest, reliable, and, and professional service.

Technician John A worked quite efficiently. The work was done neatly. He seemed quite happy to explain what he was doing and why while I lurked and watched over his shoulder. I enjoy watching a true craftsman. When he was finished, he left everything cleaner and neater than it had been before he arrived. I will call All Pro again if and when I need additional plumbing services.

Called and discussed my water line between curb and house was leaking. Prices were about half of other plumbers for boring a new line and/or labor. Talked with Rich and scheduled repair for the following week. Even though my friend and I repaired the leak ourselves over the weekend, I would have chosen Western Plumbing for my repair based on the honesty and confidence I felt after talking to Rich.

Had them do a repair job a year ago. Considering they educated me on a plumbing issue, I figured it would be noted somewhere. I knew this company back when all ratings would've been a 6... Not now apparently. I called last Sunday with their repair malfunctioning.. No problem, figured late or a whenever we get to it Monday appointment...nope, late Tuesday...no water or swim... Guy shows up not knowing I have modular plumbing. Don't get me wrong, the plumber patched the leak (no master bathroom toilet 😒)... But as I write this, he's 24 hours with my plumbing and hasn't bothered giving me an update. Will update as this proceeds.

they are ordering a part (supposedly) and I will be without a toilet for a WEEK?

Must order their parts from wish.
