Best Commercial Hot Water in Portland OR

After a harsh winter serge, our kitchen sink, dishwasher and adjoining building's toilet and sink stopped working all at once. I called on a Monday morning and was told they were busy but they'd do what they could to fit us in, but it would be at most a week away. It turned out it took only two days. Terry and his son came out and fixed it. When we experienced additional problems overnight, he came first thing the next day and fixed it, no charge!

I can't sing their praises enough to let all know how good they are!

Our water heater went out and started leaking in attic. We contacted our Us warranty company. The plumber was able to work with us on his schedule the same day. He explained the problems. He informed the options that might be good. Great 👍👍

Crown Plumbing was recommended to us by George Morlan Plumbing Supply. I am so happy they did. Zak was the plumber that was sent to us. He called to let me know he could come early. Zak was extremely friendly and polite. He explained to me what the problem was and fixed it immediately. Since you pay by the half hour, he had extra time and asked if there was anything else I would like him to look out. We had an issue with one of the toilets. Zak knew exactly what to do and fixed it immediately. He is the kind of young man I would feel completely comfortable leaving a hidden key so he could come in and do work without me being present. I had fabulous service from the time I called Crown Plumbing for help.

Exactly what you want in a plumbing company. Trustworthy, honest, punctual, knowledgeable, and fair. We needed a faucet installed in the basement along with a washer/dryer hookup. Bob provided great advice, did great work, and charged a reasonable price that was significantly lower than bids we received from larger companies.

Mike came out and helped me take care of my clogged pipe problem permanently instead of fixing it again all the time. Highly recommended!

Came in our home without a mask. I tild him I just had surgery and he didn't care. Was super load and constantly spoke over us when we tried to explain anything. Very erragant. Needs to be a lot more professional.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. They installed a water heater and missed one detail. Trying to get someone out to correct it involved being on hold for hours and being hung up on a couple of times.
I waited for 5 hours for a technician. It was a no show. After I called back they said the part was back ordered. Nobody let me know that throughout the day while I was waiting. HUH???
Do not waste your time with a 2nd rate company like this.

We are very satisfied customers of the Repipe Specialists. The entire process from Johns visit for a bid, to finally having full force running hot water in our home went smoothly. We had another plumbing service give us a bid before John came out. Their bid was actually a little lower than Repipes but was going to take 3 days to complete and they would have had to dig up a much bigger trench in the yard. John met the price of the other company and the job was complete in 1 day. With their advanced equipment they just had to dig out a small area around the meter. The workers were all very clean and professional. I will recommend Repipe Specialists to anyone that needs that kind of service.

These guys (and gals) are awesome!!! My wife and I bought a new construction house in November and are starting to landscape the backyard. We got quotes from a few irrigation companies to do sprinklers. Based on time of year (start of summer) they were all so busy they didn't want to give us the time of day even for a $15+K job. When the few did come out they gave us outrageous quotes knowing we would either be desperate to get it done and just pay it or we would not and they didn't care because they had so much work lined up. They were all also saying they were 2 months out to get the job done. Decided to do it myself! I needed someone to tie in to my water main and install a back flow first though. Called a few plumbing outfits and got the same type of response I got from the irrigation people. When I called LOCAL they were so nice! Matt came out the next day and looked at the house and what I wanted to do. Came up with a WAY better solution to how to get water to the backyard, it was easier, more cost effective and would look better! I really appreciated him taking the time to come up with the best solution not just the most obvious one. He got me a quote quick and it was actually a reasonable quote! No its summer and you need sprinklers, lets jack the price up kind of quote! They got us on the schedule super fast, the guys showed up right on time and knocked the job out in no time. Super friendly, very reasonable pricing, and they were so on top of it. I would highly recommend LOCAL!!!

Knowledgeable, professional service, both on the phone and in person. Cost was a bit higher than some, but I wanted a name I could trust. I was quite happy with the response time and the finished product. The only negative I can point out, is I met the tech at my front door, he worked in my garage the whole time, interacting with me at least twice while he was doing his work. It wasn't until the very end, when he presented me with the bill/ receipt, that he bothered to put a mask on. I found this very unsettling, as I said he did speak to me at least three times, in close proximity, without bothering to put a mask on.

All of the storm drains were plugged on our recently purchased 1980's era home. Bob augured out a large amount of tree roots from the underground line. He and Ama sent a video camera through the line to identify where any line breaks were. They verified the exact location with a metal detector tuned to the video camera's frequency. A temporary fix to the line was completed just before our 4+ rainstorm arrived, and a permanent fix was identified. They gave us the video camera results on a memory stick for future reference. Keeping water away from the foundation will go a long way to mitigate our water in the crawl space problem. Thanks Bob and Ama.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
