DeTemple showed up three days late. I had 3 simple repairs: install a shower head (which I had all ready to go), clear a bathroom sink drain, repair a leaking faucet on a water filter. Plumber called ahead to let me know he was coming but probably wouldn't have time to address my repairs. He did come. He installed the shower head. He did not come with proper tools to do the other repairs so he asked to borrow a coat hanger from me to work on my bathroom sink. using the coat hanger, he seemed to clear the drain.....but I still don't know if he scratched the existing plumbing pipes that are PVC. I had to call the filter company who directed me to a YouTube video for a simple repair to tighten the faucet. Plumber did not have a screw driver and asked to borrow one of mine. He fiddled with it for about 4 minutes, and then said he didn't know how to fix it; I should replace it and he would have to return to do it. I asked for a work order or a cost. No. He could not provide. I received a call later in the day to let me know they were charging me $330 for this visit. They could not provide me a work order or invoice (only a credit card receipt) because they were too busy. I would NEVER use or recommend De Temple again and will tell everyone about this ridiculous charge for shoddy work. Yes, I did reach out to them.....no response.

I had my furnace replaced by Caliber, they were fast and efficient. The installation was clean and the installers were very polite. If you need your furnace fixed or replaced, call these guys you wont regret it.

Gave a quote over the phone, services matched what was quoted. Called on Saturday and installed water heater Monday in about 2 hours.

Do not believe the good reviews. Called on Christmas Eve with a broken water heater and scheduled for day after. No call until 12:37 PM that the tech called in sick- appointment was for 11-3. Call anyone else... Person answering could not care or EVEN TRY to help...

The darn spare bathroom's sink and our not-too-old water heater have been trouble for awhile. Hubby had to shut off the cold water to the sink because the pipes leaked, and the hot dripped endlessly! Thank you so much, Kenney & Einstein Plumbing, for the quick, same-day response and excellent service! It's so nice to have cold water and no drips! The water heater was shutting off randomly (brrr! cold showers suck!) for several months now, and Kenney performed some electrical surgery and we should be good as new! Over the weekend I placed an inquiry with D&F to quote unclogging gutter drainage piping that runs underground. On Monday Trevor came out to inspect the drains. He gave me all the options that were available, including what doing the repairs myself would entail. For each one, he walked me through exactly what they would do in a way that was easy to understand. He was friendly, took my concerns seriously, and was reasonably priced. I will be using D&F from now on.

I have used Mick on several occasions and have never had an unpleasant experience. Mick is a professional and thorough plumber. His prices are responsible and he gets the job done right the first time. I will continue to use Mick when I am in need of a good plumber.
