EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! The owner, David, responded to a Friday night emergency to open our clogged sewer line, and his camera inspection revealed a collapsing sewer lateral. The initial repair quotation contemplated having to excavate; however, they managed to find a way to do the repair by inserting a liner, which reduced the cost by $6,000. We much appreciate their honesty and efforts to repair our lateral at the lowest cost to us. Each member of the crew was professional, competent, and a pleasure to work with. The work required two unexpected additional visits which were performed cheerfully and at no added cost. Sewer Replacement Specialists are exceptional, especially in this era of declining service and exploding costs.

Erik and co. are amazing. I am so grateful for the prompt, pro job they did on my shower. Super happy to have their number for future services!

Excellent communication and quick response. Team arrived in time, found the issues and performed repairs very quickly. They both were professional, friendly and with great knowledge to solve the issues at hand.

I am blown away by the high level of customer service, professionality, and the cost was more than reasonable. I feel like it's hard to find quality, hard-working companies these days, but wow, they absolutely blew me away. I rate them 11/10 overall.

Lemme first start this off by saying my partner and I are first time homeowners.

The other day we had an emergency, when our neighbors came to our door and told us our front yard was flooding! We started to panic, we had now idea about this problem and this was a first for us!

We tried to figure out what was happening by ourself and our neighbor but were unable to find the cause. Finally, my partner caved and called around trying to find a plumber around the area that could come same evening. After a bunch of calls and let downs we finally got connected to home advisor and they said they would connect us to someone who could help.

Here comes Rob and his partner Ty to save the day, after a long day out in McMinnville, Rob had no problem answering the call, helping us try to figure out where the mainline to shut off our water was and helping us at stay calm all at the same time.

After about a 10min conversation with my partner, Rob was knocking on our door within an hour to help us figure out the problem.

He quickly told us everything that he believed to be the problem and that we would be without water for the night but that he and his crew would be there first thing to figure out the problem.

I left my house the next morning around 8:30ish to head to work and Ty had already come out to get the work started! I was super happy to see that they kept their word and came out first thing! I also never mentioned that this was also on a Sunday, which shows a lot cause who wants to work on Sunday!

Rob and Ty worked all day from 8:30am to 5pm. They dug up a hole in our yard, found the problem, and replaced everything that he could. He not only explained everything he did to with great detail, he did so in a way where I felt like I was learning something and felt more comfortable about any problem we may have in the future!

Words can’t describe how lucky we were to have found Rob and His crew to help us with a very scary problem, as most home owners know anything that happens can be scary when you don’t know what’s going on, and Rob made us feel very comfortable and helped ease anxiety we had with it all.

I’ve met very few people in my life who actually love what they do and love helping people, and after everything experienced with Rob I can tell he is without a doubt one of those people!

So thank you Rob and Ty for all your hard work, you made two young home owners very happy!

Showed up right on time, did a very thorough job. Reasonably priced.

The job performed by Smitty's could not have been better. Everything was completed as promised and within the quoted bid. I was given honest and professional updates all along the way. I would recommend Smitty's to anyone needing sewer work.

An old plastic shut-off valve got stuck halfway through, its handle cracked. No way to open, no turning. Not repairable, just cut out and replace, but because it was sitting right next to the wall, one has to go to the crawlspace and put a longer chunk of pipe too. Not a problem for Gary with Precision. Now I can enjoy the shower and not wait for the washing machine nor toilet to stop refilling. Probably more important: with the new brass valve I can reliably shut off the water any time. Thank you Gary!

Joel has done such a great job in the past concerning my home plumbing problems that I recommended him without hesitation to my place of employment. (Gladstone Christian Church). He did an outstanding job of not only analyzing the problem with the church's water heater but also discovered other serious issues that we were not even aware of. Due to his diligence we are going to be able to avoid major water damage. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions promptly and knowledgeably and provided expert guidance in outlining our options and next steps.

The office staff fit us into their schedule efficiently when an opening came up, communicated clearly, showed up on time, did the work on the spot for a fair price. It was a good experience all around.

We definitely called the right company:)! Steve came out the day we called, and worked diligently for several hours to clear our kitchen drain. It wasn't a normal or easy situation. The house is circa 1941, and we've only owned it 2 years, and we didn't even know the location of the sewer line, etc. But Steve just kept at it until it was all sorted out. He also cleared a slow tub drain. We'd highly recommend him, and would definitely call him first if we need this type of service in the future.

Johnny From All Pro installed my sink. Definitely one of those experiences that reminds you why you call a professional for this type of thing. Did a great job, navigated some challenges with the fit and was super professional and nice. Would def recommend and use them again.

I'm sure they're good, but they're closing down.

If you want to be disappointed call these people, they don't take plumbing jobs seriously.
