I contacted David and the crew because other contractors failed to show up for their appointments. Now I wished I had contacted Sewer Renewal Specialists first. Not only were they expedient and timely in coming to inspect my sewer line but they promptly arranged for the repairs, applied for the permits with the city, and arrived on time and completed the repairs ahead of schedule. Now I know this next part will be hard to believe but they completed the repairs UNDER the bid price! I have rarely if ever had such a great experience in what could have been a potential disaster. Thank you David for everything you did to make it all happen they way you said it would. You are a man of your word and your business deserves all the praise I can send your way.

Extremely fast response and available appointment the following business day. Cameron was prompt, professional, cleaned up, thorough, and explained what was done afterwards. I had a busted pipe underneath sink leading to outside faucet replaced with something other than cheap plastic the builder used and a new water heater. Since I pressed my luck and had a 20 year old water heater, Cameron updated my house with an improved efficient water heater, updated the piping, and updated the safety of the unit and installed earthquake protection.
Very happy with the process, the service, and fair pricing. Would definitely refer to family and friends and use again.

I requested a sewer/water line specialist through Angies List due to a water leak. Rob from PDX Sewer Solutions called withing 10 minutes after the request and even came out that late afternoon to look at the problem. There was a break in the water line that runs from the meter to the house. It was a pretty large leak. I received the estimate later that evening and I hired Rob. He gave the job priority due to the severity of the leak. Rob and his helper, Ty, were on the job two mornings later. They were on-time both days they were on the job. Rob kept me in the loop of his findings and anything else that he was concerned about. After the job, Rob and Ty put my yard back together, spread grass seed, cleaned up the dirt and sprayed the mud off the sidewalks. It looks as if nothing had happened, other than the grass less spots in my yard. I highly recommend PDX Sewer Solutions to fix your sewer/water needs. I will definitely utilize there services again. I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the service from Justin at Bruner Plumbing. I've had a shower valve that has had very low flow for months and tried everything I knew to remedy the situation, finally throwing in the towel and calling Bruner. Justin came on a service call and took the perfect methodical approach to solving the problem. Worst case scenario would have been cutting into the wall & drywall to replace the shower valve. Justin worked step by step backwashing and purging hot and cold supply lines and the valve and solved the problem. Bruner is my go to plumbing contractor and that's a comfort for me to have a solid, qualified & professional plumbing contractor in my arsenal for any problems that may come up down the road. I recommend them without reservation for your plumbing needs.
