It was so great dealing with these guys. I first called Roto Rooter who told me that I would need to have a cleanout installed at $400 dollars per hour with no idea of how many hours it would take and a price as well to clear the drain which was close to $1000 dollars. I then called 3 mountains who located the cleanout in the basement and cleared the stoppage for me at less than $600. They were very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend this shop who is all about building relationships and taking care of their customer

I'm selling my house and surprise sewer repairs were needed. David included in his bid that he would do a follow-up scope of the line and Q&A with the new owners. I contacted several shops (6+) and was told over and over my one year old industrial garbage disposal was unfixable and would have to be replaced to the tune of hundreds of dollars! Well, fear not...Sean with Sutherland came by and fixed it for FREE! A coin had fallen into it (who knows how?!) and he was able to get it out in under 15min! Terry is a straight shooter. His prices are fair, he works hard, and does a great job.
Him and his son installed a pressure regulator, some new line, a toilet, an expansion tank, and a relief valve on the water heater. Our system is more complicated than most peoples, because we receive 150psi from the main. Terry explained everything, and has our place dialed in.
It is rare to find someone who does things right the first time and doesn't try to rip you off. Thank you Terry and son.

I called Mario about a leaky main. He answered right away and said he'd come over in an hour. He quickly assessed the situation, gave us a reasonable estimate, and immediately called the locator service to come out ASAP. He came back the next day and fixed our problem in an hour or so. I really appreciated his quick response and him not trying to upsell us like the other plumbers we had called. Great service!

I've used Pipeline Plumbing twice now and I'm always very happy with their service. They show up when they say they will and they do a complete job. I like that they are always going above and beyond too. For example, I had a faucet installed in a sink. The garbage disposal in that sink was missing the rubber cover that covers the sink drain. Since the plumber had to remove the disposal to install the faucet, he just grabbed a spare one of those rubber pieces and added it when he reinstalled the disposable. It was very little extra work for him.

Bruner did an excellent job for us, running plumbing and installing fixtures for a full ADU remodel project we did. Everything was installed precisely and professionally. All the employees who worked on the project did great and were very courteous, professional, and clean. If you're looking for quality plumbing work in the Portland area, I would highly recommend them!

We had a good clog in our sewer line coming off our laundry/bathroom. We called on Sunday morning and they were able to come out by 11am. Clog was gone in about 45 minutes.
