Best Broken Pipes in Portland OR

We had a puddle of water in our crawl space and didn't know where it was coming from. Klint found a broken drain pipe in a wall that showed no outward signs of water whatsoever. He explained everything completely, had excellent communication, and worked well with other professionals (general contractor and restoration company) during this multi day repair. I can't imagine a better plumbing experience.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! The owner, David, responded to a Friday night emergency to open our clogged sewer line, and his camera inspection revealed a collapsing sewer lateral. The initial repair quotation contemplated having to excavate; however, they managed to find a way to do the repair by inserting a liner, which reduced the cost by $6,000. We much appreciate their honesty and efforts to repair our lateral at the lowest cost to us. Each member of the crew was professional, competent, and a pleasure to work with. The work required two unexpected additional visits which were performed cheerfully and at no added cost. Sewer Replacement Specialists are exceptional, especially in this era of declining service and exploding costs.

This was my first time trying Roto-Rooter and it went really well! The plumber took the care to diagnose the issue and explain it to me in a clear and non-condescending way which I appreciate. I ended up learning something interesting about my house! The drain was cleared in no time, and it's been working great ever since. Thank you!

Very nice and professional personnel. They were able to come out to our house within two hours for a septic pump that died and were able to replace it the same day. Would definitely recommend using them and we will do so again if necessary.

I needed prompt help with a clogged drain, and Mike was so responsive and accommodating! He was thorough in clearing the drain and then testing it to confirm it was taken care of. He cleaned up the area around the sink very well.

My son flushed Dixie cups down our toilet and was referred to Pro Drain from our regular plumber since they don't do clogs. They sent someone out the same day I called. Chris was able to retrieve the cups in less than 10 minutes and our toilet has been fine ever since. I highly recommend this company!
