Best Bathtub Repair in Portland OR
We were having water pressure issues and needed to replace our PRV. We didn’t want to use the first plumbing company we used to diagnose the problem so we contacted Gary and he came right away. We are so thankful that we found him. He was patient and thorough and an excellent communicator. We will definitely use him again and we would recommend him to our friends and neighbors without hesitation.

I would not recommend this company!!! I called with an urgent matter around 8am, they scheduled me for a time period (10am to 2pm) and said they would put me as a priority 1 (no usable bathroom) , They didn't show up during the time they committed to and when I called them they said they didn't show me as a priority. She them put me as a priority I called every 2 hours wondering if someone was coming and kept getting the same story Our guys are running behind, we'll contact you when they are on their way The only call I received from them was at 6:00pm to let me know they weren't coming and could schedule me for the next day. This was the worst experience from a company that claims same day service, 27/7, and emergency service They certainly aren't true to their claim.Thank God for Clog Busters, they were here within 20 minutes of me calling them! They have the best customer service.

This guy installed a water heater of his choice in late November 2021 that burst last night, the end of June 2023. I called him to ask him to fix it and he said not for 4 days! When I asked him if he could come quicker he physically threatened me. He does NOT warranty his work, he does NOT deal with the warranties of the water heaters he installs and he's extremely unprofessional. Go anywhere else!

I had 1st Call come over and replace my old water heater with a new one. The entire experience was positive from the initial office call through job completion. Everyone was cordial and professional and the work was completed satisfactorily without any hiccups. They were clean, quiet, efficient, and friendly.
I will not hesitate to make 1st Call my first call the next time I need any plumbing services. A+

Excellent service! My rain drain was clogging up even during a light rain storm. Keith came out and we found a broken pipe way down the drain line. I know what to do now! Thank you again Keith, very courteous, professional and answered all of my questions! Will continue to call them the next time I have any drain issues inside the house or out.

We highly recommend Portland Plumbing Plus for their thorough and professional work.
All of the storm drains were plugged on our recently purchased 1980's era home. Bob augured out a large amount of tree roots from the underground line. He and Ama sent a video camera through the line to identify where any line breaks were. They verified the exact location with a metal detector tuned to the video camera's frequency. A temporary fix to the line was completed just before our 4+ rainstorm arrived, and a permanent fix was identified. They gave us the video camera results on a memory stick for future reference. Keeping water away from the foundation will go a long way to mitigate our water in the crawl space problem. Thanks Bob and Ama.
