This is the third time I’ve had Sutherland take care of separate issues and I’m so appreciative of their commitment to excellence. Fast, efficient, professional and friendly. Had my hot water heater die on a Friday morning. Called it in and and they sent out a tech within an hour or two. He tried to fix it but it came down to needing to be replaces. Scheduled me for the following Monday and they had the tank in within a couple of hours. Professional and clean. I highly recommend Cornel's Plumbing.

I called up on a Friday at 10:30 expecting to get service next week, but they had a service tech out to my house in 45 minutes to try and find the source of a dripping sound that I have been hearing for a while without any signs of water leaking. The tech confirmed that I am not crazy and it does sound exactly like water dripping, but through his very through evaluation he confirmed for me that it was just the sound of the exhaust pipe expanding and contracting and there is no need for expensive replacement or repair. I am so happy their honest and pleasant service team.

They came out to my loft in Gregory to fix my air conditioning and failed to do so despite paying well over $400. They required me to pay for another service call to see what they missed so I had to hire another company to look at the problem.

(Modified review: At least a representative from the company called to apologize for the extreme inconvenience.) Worst experience ever. I called the day before to set an appointment, telling them clearly we were located on an upper floor. I called the day of service to verify the time, clearly stating that I was staying in town only until they arrived. The driver called to say he was on the way. I again verified we were there. He then called to say that parking was a problem downtown. I gave him various options, including two spots I could see from the window. I told him how I had waited all day for the appointment. He called back and said it was just too much trouble. Outrageous. Terrible service. I would give zero stars if possible.
