Our original works was replacing one toilet and replacing a flapper on another. The flapper replacement didn't quite work. It leaked very slowly over a number of hours leaving an empty tank. When told of the problem they quickly scheduled another call. Dominique realized that since the toilet was a Kohler, it would probably require a Kohler specific flapper. She had one in the truck, replaced it, and checked for leakage with dye. All in all a very good experience.

When we were selling our house, the home inspection revealed a sewer line belly that required our sewer line to be dug up and replaced. Sewer Renewal Specialists came in lower than any of the other companies and they were able to meet our tight timelines. Everything from the initial conversation, to the quote, to doing the actual work, to the final billing was streamlined and professional.

Tech #T-4, I think his name is Mark, showed up immediately and fixed my issue of a clogged toilet. He was professional, friendly and explained everything clearly. After he was done with the repair my toilet has never flushed so well, and it was extremely important to me that he was able to fix my issue the same day.

Mario was awesome. We were having gutters put in and needed an outside drain cap cut off in a hurry for a new downspout. We could not find a soul to do that. This was a dinky job but he did it anyway and quickly. He also gave us advice that saved us a huge headache and a ton of money had we listened to another company. Beyond outstanding service. We spotted a leak in our ceiling on a Thursday evening. GLS got us onto their schedule the next day. The crew worked quickly and thoroughly to identify the source of the leak and get it fixed for us. They were thoroughly communicative throughout the process, letting us know our options and what they were doing. They were clean and respectful of our house. Plus, they were affordable. I will be keeping their card for my next plumbing situation.

I cannot say enough about how great our experience with Bruner was! I can do most plumbing work myself, but when we had a main line leak I decided to get quotes from several local plumbers.
