What a stress free and seamless experience we had with this company. Our pipes were backed up and we could not figure out what the root cause was. Well, Michael came by and was able to let us know that it was indeed a root problem! He was very knowledgeable about our situation and helped us come up with a plan for the here and now and for the future as we will eventually need more work done. He was able to get our pipes cleared out enough to go back to normal until the major work needs to be done (root removal). Without Michael, we would have never known where the root was or that it was indeed the issue. Very reasonable and highly recommended! Thank you, Plumbing Pros!

Let me say just excellent service, completely happy with the installation of my new water heater. The job was thoroughly and professionally completed about 30 min ahead of the originally quoted time and over $50 less after having drained, uninstalled and taken up to HD to get the new one. All was done in really good time as professionals should. They were detailed enough to install an outside drain for my catch pan as well as even seal the inside rim of the catch pan drain whole as to prevent further trips and leaks. Bill the supervisor i believe was really courteous in keeping in contact, patient in explaining the process and answering all my questions and concerns. Amundson Plumbing is worth your hard earned dollars as you get more than what you pay for in service. They will be my go to plumbing service for my home from now on. Thanks a lot guys...Awesome job.

good honest pricing and they got the job done in no time at all. I called them late on a fri evening as my water heater was leaking and they were out around an hour and a half later with a brand new water heater. I will defo use these guys again in the future

Needed estimate for leaking gas on service side at meter and pressure loss inside house. Same day service, reasonably priced, and informative. Would definitely recommend.

Gabriel arrived out & removed a portion of a gas line we didn’t need any longer. He was professional, did only the amount of project necessary and quoted the task BEFORE he began, which was nice. I’d endorse them to anyone.

We are completely satisfied with the foundation leak repair done by In-House Plumbing - from the first contact with them to the conclusion of the repair. Every person was cordial and professional. They were punctual with appointments and very careful in protecting our home during the foundation entry--covering carpet, furniture, etc. We hope we don't need this kind of foundation leak repair again, but if we do, we will call In-House. We recommend them without reservation.

Absolutely amazing! I called and they were here within the hour. They truly care about their work and the customer. So very grateful.

Their website says their offices are open 24/7, which is completely untrue. Sure, they'll charge you $300 to come to your house on Thanksgiving, but won't actually be able to fix anything because they only use a skeleton crew for emergencies. Then they'll lose your follow-up appointment to actually fix the issue, and won't be able to reschedule you for 3 days because it's the weekend and there are no managers or anyone with decision-making abilities in the actual office. In fact, you're only talking to an outsourced customer service rep on the phone, silly.

We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.
